A brilliant new hotel in Seminyak

A brand new hotel, feeling fresh and vibrant, with a colour scheme to match. Lovely atria with plants and even a bird making a nest! Rooms are huge, with decent sized bathrooms and the beds are comfortable. The rooftop pool is very refreshing and the bar is a cozy place. The breakfast is part buffet and part ala carte, with more than enough options and the food is delicious. I would be happy to stay again.

Fabulous Girls Week!

My adult daughter and I had a short but fabulous Girly stay with Alila! The positon of the Hotel and politeness of the Staff impressed us immensely. We loved our entire stay but if I was being very picky I would suggest the Breakfasts could be improved. Another important piece of information for potencial guests is to note there are 3 parts to this Hotel, the 5 Star on the beach section, a secondary Building still with beautiful rooms & another pool & then a third building closer to the main road, there are golf carts that will drive you between buildings but guests should remeber your room will be in an area that you have paid for....

Pleasant and relaxing wind down over Christmas. Staff was very attentive to our needs allowing a late check out to accommodate a night flight home. The Studios being a short walk away from the main resort, there was a constant flow of available transfer buggies to and from, on demand. Would recommend the locale to anyone.

Bestilte billigste rom i annekset på hotels.com, men bestemte oss for å oppgradere ved innsjekk til full seaview i hovedbygningen. Det angret vi ikke på! Flott utsikt fra en bekvem balkong, og rommet var supert. Flotte basseng med utmerket service. En kort scootertur til handlegater/utested. Kan anbefale restauranten/nattklubben La Favela ikke så langt unna, utmerket mat, musikk og helt spesielle omgivelser. Det var som å sitte i jungelen..

Staffs are nice but...

Staffs are very nice but the sliding door in my room did not work.... They fixed in late night but it took long time... Manager gave me late check out but no one had cleaned up my room when I asked clean up（turn on clean up button in my room ). The swimming pool and bar was V nice view:)

Absolutely beautiful hotel, Seasalt restaurant and it’s view are amazing. The pools by the beach are breathtaking. We like to walk and chill at different places when in Bali, but this hotel just made it so difficult to leave it’s grounds, even though the location is perfectly located by restaurants, cafes, bars, beach clubs etc etc. Just 1 minor thing I found not great was that our room was located in an adjacent building which was connected to the hotel only through a public street, which lessened the feeling of exclusivity..that said, buggies come and go constantly from the hotel’s main building which was alright and because the main building is further in, our building was located very conveniently right by the main street. Will definitely come back again

Wouldn’t recommend alila

This was my third stay at Alila, since the takeover by Hyatt, I was quite disappointed. Even though check in is 3pm, we didn’t get to our room till 3.50pm. Too long after an early morning start from home. Took 30 mins for a coke and a beer to arrive at the pool, and most staff were complacent. For the price you pay, the rooms are clinical and average.
