"The room was adequate and spacious. The owners were readily available and helpful. The location is very convenient. The house is more run down than the pictures show. There is parking but the driveway is very narrow and steep. "

"The hotel is spread in different locations in older buildings. It can be a bit surprising that you have to roll your bags a couple of blocks after checking in. The area is very charming. The room was great and the bed comfy. The bathroom could do with a going over with brass polish. When all the fixtures are brass, it takes some upkeep. We slept in and missed breakfast, but there are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. "

"The Neighborhood was great. Quiet and centrally located.Great communication with the host.House itself is cozy. Water nice and warm. Heat works great as well.Wish the beds were a bit bigger and a little softer, but overall this is one of the best experiences We have had with a short term rental.Would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful and exactly as described! Our family loved the space, playing billiards, and the location! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all within walking distance. Sightseeing and shopping were only a few minutes drive in either direction. The wooden floors, while stunning, are noisy as others noted, but they didn’t impede on our stay. There was an issue with access when we arrived, but it was resolved in about 30 minutes and it was smooth sailing from there on. All in all, the space is great and has many niceties throughout that other hosts don’t think to include, like tissues and water bottles. We would recommend it!"

"Eric and Derek could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. This was put to a serious test when the unusually frigid temperatures froze the pipes to the bath and shower. They tried to resolve the issue but the single digit temps won out. With no hesitation, they issued a refund to us.The loft was top to bottom sparkling clean and showed great attention to detail and thoughtful design. Excellent location as well. Gratitude to their demonstrated professionalism."

"The management company, Evolve, was not helpful with an issue we had with heating, but the guest contact , Daniel, was very helpful, responding almost immediately and going above and beyond to help us out. The unit has no dining table, so be prepared to eat while sitting at the two person sofa or single seater chair as there are no other options in the unit besides sitting on the floor or on a bed. The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible, the unit is clean and has most everything needed for cooking. "
