"Room was too cramped with unncessary furniture like a low table, and another high table in front of the couch. There was one more dining table with four chairs which would have sufficed. Bathing quarters were a little cramped and harder to use with a child. Other than that, everything else was fine. "

"Gorgeous hotel only 2 subway stops from Shinjuku station. We stayed when there were no concerts or baseball games going on, so the neighborhood was very quaint and quiet. The hotel staff were so helpful and the room was luxe."

"The ventilation in the shower doesn’t help remove humidity. Taking a shower leaves the whole tiny room covered in moisture. Dew collected in plastic thing I had … ventilation and air quality was bad. Room was tiny tiny tiny. I can handle a small room but needs better shower ventilation…"

"- Room was cleaned efficiently and amenities were 9/10 times remembered to be restored after usage. - Staff was overall nice, patient, and did their best to communicate with foreign travellers. - Location of the hotel is amazing as it allows for easy on-foot travel to essential stores, convenience stores, subway entrances, restaurants, and shopping departments."

"Efficient hotel, good value for Tokyo. It’s a higher level business hotel that is affordable for foreign tourists. Not an elegant hotel but a comfortable stay. I would stay here again when visiting Tokyo."
