Perfect Summer get away! Charming 4 bedroom lake front home.

Welcome to Doc's Place! This amazing lakefront house has a tranquil setting on a quiet cul-de-sac.

This 4 bedroom house has all the comforts of home. Top floor has the main bedroom with a king size bed, his and her sinks, a seated vanity and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main floor also has a fully stocked eat in kitchen, separate dining room, living room and screened in porch. The large porch has incredible lake views as well as plenty of room for sitting, eating, relaxing and watching TV.

Downstairs has a large den with ample seating and a futon that sleeps 2. The TV console has games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy. All 3 bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds with 2 of the bedrooms having beautiful lake views. Two roll away beds are located downstairs as well.

Outdoor patio located downstairs with a table for dining and a fire pit just steps away. All firewood is provided by the owner. The lot has a gentle slope to the water. There is a dock platform that has seating, a place for sunbathing and the floating dock slip for your boat. Dock has walk out steps for easy access in and out of the lake for swimming.

Doc's Place is a short drive to Clemson for ball games or other events and close to many grocery stores.

Perfect Lake Stay

We loved staying in this home. The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was well stocked and there was a boat ramp just down the road which worked out perfectly. Would stay again if we come back to the area.

Felt like we were in the mountains!

Family guys get-together to enjoy a Clemson game. House was perfect for us. Very clean and a beautiful wooded location on Lake Keowee. Loved the plush bath towels , and the owners paid close attention to all the little details, including condiments, toiletries, etc. Highly recommend.

The house was great! Most definitely the cleanest Vrbo house I’ve stayed in. Everything was wonderful!! Plenty of supplies - paper towels and toilet paper. Lots of towels. Only thing we could have used is another fridge because we bought too much food! Enjoyed this weekend and will surely stay again!!

Charming, Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this older charming home. It had plenty of room. The dock could be updated, it was rough on our boat. But we spent endless hours enjoying swimming at the dock. It was very conveniently located to the marina for fuel and a ramp. We spent every morning on the screened in back deck, enjoying our coffee. We will definately be coming back!

Perfect laid back lake getaway

We had the best week at Doc’s place. The house was immaculate and super well maintained despite its age. It is perfectly stocked with towels, blankets, and everything you need for a great time at the lake! Each space seems to be carefully thought out and furnished/equipped. Our kids were fishing off the dock or swimming every opportunity they had. We rented a boat and went tubing and to jumping rock. The check in and out process was very easy, and the owner was quick and responsive when I messaged her. We would love to plan another week at Doc’s place!

Great House on Fabulous Lake

We really enjoyed Doc’s house. It was perfect. We had two families and we had plenty of room. We would highly recommend this house. We also enjoyed the screen porch. The house has got everything you need from the basic necessities to the swimming rafts, noddles extra chairs, firepit. We loved swimming off the dock, it was very deep. We parked our boat under the covered dock area during the afternoon storms. We would definitely stay at Docs place again when we comeback to Lake Keowee. Thank you Walks

Perfect Getaway Spot

Had a great 4th of July week with family from Oklahoma and friends stopping by. Lots of room and very well stocked with all we could ask for. We spent lots of time on the dock and on three water. Had plenty of space for our pontoon boat, Seadoo and kayaks. The kids loved catching small brim right off the dock. Lots of fun memories made. Shelby communicated with us quickly when I sent her a message. Overall, a great stay and we look forward to staying again. If you are looking for a great family place, look no further. Doc's Place has it all!

Family Vacation

We just wanted to share with the Vbro community that if you are looking for a great place to stay, enjoy Lake Keowee and the surrounding area this is the place - Great Location, Great Owners and Great Home for a Family trip to the lake - We rented a boat and found the location close to a boat ramp for fuel, drop off and pick up of the boat - 20' of water off the dock so no matter the timing - plenty of water for boating and swimming -- Great Swim Steps to make it easy for our youngest to get in and out of the water - Kid's enjoyed the firepit - smores at night and of course chasing the lightning bugs. My boys did not want to leave "OUR" lake house after a week of fun. Thank You David & Shelby for sharing your lovely lake house and the wonderful memories we got to make there during our visit...
