"Great property. Our extended family (22 people - 8 kids) rented 2 of the 3 houses. There were many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens(well equipped) - each family had their own floor. Almost like 5 separate apartments. Large property with 2 fire pits. Outdoor grills and multiple picnic tables. Property is very private on a country road. Some good country restaurants near by. Holiday Valley and Salamanca 15-20 mins away. Highly recommend for larger groups."

Deanna the host is excellent to deal with we have been doing this for 15 years now and to me she is the best host I have dealt with. As you can imagine a group our size is not easy to accommodate but she was always polite and helpful in every way. Thank you for making our getaway specialJim"
