There are three bedrooms on this level, each with a double bed of varying sizes (180 cm, 2x90 cm, and 160 cm) and lengths (200 cm). One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a WC, a shower room with a WC, a double hand basin, and a hydro massage bath with a corner bath.
