"The tub was filthy and it was late at night and I didn’t have a chance to call housekeeping. It was only gonna be for one night anyway the breakfast was disgusting and overpriced."

"Breakfast was plentiful and good. I was a bit disappointed with the omelet bar, however. Lots of options but the result was not an omelet but rather a frittata. And not that tasty. Overall the restaurant and bar were quit good. We ate three evening meals in (or from) the restaurant, and all three were delicious! With one exception, everything about the room was comfortable and exceeded expectations. Only the bathroom lighting was inadequate. It needed some direct light on the mirror. Without it shaving was awkward. The room was cleaned only once during my 4-night stay, which was okay but I really would have liked the trash cans emptied every day. The one cleaning was very thorough—obviously the cleaner takes pride in his/her work. Kudos for your fitness center and pool. The surrounding area is also nice for walking. And the Tesla chargers were a nice surprise. I used one every day."

"I chose this hotel for an elevated stay while attending my daughter's graduation at EchoPark Speedway. Knowing the beautiful area, I had high hopes, but our stay was just okay. While the staff was polite, there were no personalized touches—like a simple 'congrats grad' note—that elevate a standard stay to something special. Furthermore, the complete absence of a guest microwave was inconvenient. While we understand the desire to drive traffic to the on-site restaurant, guests need a way to heat up leftovers later. Ultimately, my daughter and I felt the experience was strictly average."

"The property is great. Clean rooms, hallways even the elevator. Staff were very friendly and willing to help if needed. The only thing that irked me was the bed itself. It was the most uncomfortable one I've tried sleeping on. Everything else was great."
