The rooms cluld use some sort of AC unit in the room besides the small floor unit. For the amount of money spent i felt like being hot and sweaty in our room at night with no way to open a window was harsh. Great location, part of sunshine city mall and near the Ikebukuro station and Ikebukuro station. Nothingreally starts opening up until about 9 or 10 am Added plus, the cute ikibus stops outside the lobby"
