"The hotel room was a good and we still had room to open the luggages at the hallway . The bed was comfortable. The subway was near by and there was a convenience store at the ground floor. I will recommend this hotel."

"I stayed in an executive room with access to the top floor lounge. The room was spacious, clean and has all the toiletries that you need. The lounge has an amazing view, it’s quiet and it’s a very nice place to chill. Hotel staff were friendly, polite and all were very helpful. Breakfast buffet had great selection of food, it was delicious but a little crowded for me. Overall it’s a great place to stay with convenient location."

"It was a good stay. Not great but not terrible. The staff were friendly. The room was average... the bathroom had a smell to it, like sewage kind of. Not terrible enough to do anything about it. But it just felt dated and needing work. This was our last stay on our 9 day vacation. We stayed at 3 other hotels around the country and this was our least favourite. The location was amazing though. Walkable. Right across the street from the train station. The breakfast was great. An overall good experience but I'd likely not rebook."

"The hotel itself is OK. I think what really bother me was the location of the entranceway. the first floor of this building is actually a 711 and the second floor is a Denny’s. so you have to enter an elevator on the first floor to get to the reception, which is on the third floor. I didn’t like that the elevator was open to the public so anyone who didn’t have a stay at the hotel could actually enter into the hotel hallways."

"Overall good stay for 8 nights. A minute walk to Otsuka station. Plenty of restaurants and no need to worry on places to eat. Stuff is very nice and facility is clean. And see all the recommendations on the TV in room. This is very helpful info and hints."

"Great location. Great staff. Attached to the Sunshine City Mall you have easy access to shopping and dining. Ikebukuro has lots of arcades and anime shopping so it’s a perfect home base. The airport bus drops off and picks up nearby as well."

"The staff were really friendly. Great location: depending on your floor you can see the tower and sensoji. Only thing is the windows aren’t sealed the best so you can hear a high whistle due to the wind, but overall would highly recommend!!"
