When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. "Hotel was situated in a good location with metro station access via the mall. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate with quite a bit of variety. My only complaint is a staff member working in the restaurant who would not give me a peppermint tea bag to bring to my wife in the room because she was not feeling well. We have as already pre paid for the buffet for the length of our stay. I had to speak to a manager/supervisor in order to get it. I expected better from a 5 star rated hotel."
