Excellent hotel well located in Seoul. A large bedroom with comfy beds and good bathroom. The plus is the open, kitchen freely available all day (anytime), with noodles, eggs, bread, jam, coffee/tea that was super useful. Personal is very friendly as well

Lovely place with a good access from/to airport

The place is very interesting. At first I was a bit skeptic but I ended up loving it. The young male staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was very spacious. The location is very strategic and well-located to catch airport bus. The sharing kitchen is an amazing facility. During my stay, most of regular people who used the shared facilities were people who speak Koreans, so you may feels a bit lost in translation. But other than that, all is wonderful. Definitely will come again.

Great stay in downtown Seoul

First of all, the staff were outstanding. Very, very friendly and extremely helpful. The overall concept of GLOCALOCA is great, and my only minor comment is that, since the hotel is so progressive when it comes to eco-friendliness, why not do away with the complimentary toothbrushes as well. The rooms are very spacious and the updated interior is great, including the change from the Koreana Hotel's carpet to laminate flooring. The lounge and office space are great, too. It would be nice if the rooms were slightly cheaper, say, 125k instead of 150k, but it's Seoul, it's downtown, and it's still more affordable than other competitors. I will definitely stay here again, and as much as I enjoyed my previous stays at the Koreana, I would always opt for the GLOCALOCA now instead.

Perfect stay

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The manager’s kindness made our experience memorable. The location is perfect, offering convenience and a great atmosphere. The modern interior adds a stylish touch, and our room, ideal for our family of four, had two queen beds, a mini fridge, and a table with seats. The common room’s amenities, including free water, coffee, and ramen were a thoughtful bonus. Highly recommend!

Great location, prices, and cleaniness . Airport remo stops at the hotel front, so close to public transport and historical places. I love this place offered free use of washing machine and dryer, free coffee, filtered water machine, cozy office area, and cooking facilities. I will definitely come back if i am to stay longer in Seoul. The only downside was the centrally controlled room temp, I felt too warm( as it' s freezing outside)

I liked that it was in a good location. The red bus tour started right outside the hotel. The limo bus from airport line 6701 drops you off right in front of the hotel. You can buy a 2 day discover Seoul card at the hotel for 60,000 won. They have a spa on 8th floor. A kitchen is available with coffee, cereal, and ramen.

Good value and lication.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a little difficult being in another hotel..you have to remember to tell the taxi driver Koreana Hotel. The room was large. Nice lounge area for baby to crawl around. Washer, dryer, stove do not have English instructions and staff were not always at the welcome desk. No high chair for babies. The location was great.

Facilities: It was great to have a 24-hours modern pantry. The guests can prepare food themselves as needed. Food and drinks all are complimentary. Staff: They were very polite and willing to help. Reception: We arrived at the hotel reception around 11:00am. Nobody there. We tried to contact the staff a couple of times via the official channel but no one answer. After waiting for about 30mins, we had no choice but left the luggage in the "lobby" and then went out. Room: It was spacious, clean and comfortable. But there was only one bedside cupboard. This was not very convenient for the couples or family. Electric sockets are also too few. Charging multiple devices might be an issue. Washroom: It was clean. But the set up was inconvenient for the guests. 1) very little or no space to put even basic toiletry things. 2) only 1 shower bar in the entire bathroom. There is nowhere to hang the clothes, bath towel and other things.

Glocaloca Hotel is located on the 19th and 20th floors of the Koreana Hotel. We took the airport bus from Incheon Airport to Koreana Hotel, which was convenient and inexpensive for such a luxury bus. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, giving us a full day of free time before check-in. There was a fully equipped kitchen with several varieties of ramen, cereals with milk, and a large coffee machine with an LCD touch dispenser. We enjoyed the amenities they offered and relaxed comfortably in the living room-styled lobby. The front desk team was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and making my family feel right at home. The Glocaloca is situated in the heart of Seoul, it provided easy access to key attractions, dining options, and transportation, making our visit both convenient and enjoyable. Glocaloca has its own laundromat offered free on each floor. The room was spacious for the four of us and impeccably clean. All staff members demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness. In particular, I would like to mention Jung-Eun (Heidi), and Justin who went above and beyond to assist my family with concierge help. I will certainly recommend your hotel to anyone traveling to Seoul, Korea. Thank you once again for making my family's visit a memorable one.
