Check in was super easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and had good WiFi connection. The amenities were good and the communal space was a nice touch. It's a great location as it's right next to the night market and among lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend!

This property is in the heart of Myeongdong walking streets. It’s a short 5 minute walk out to main traffic street. Subway, shopping, dining, all an easy access. I’m not a fan of “wet rooms” so having a separate shower/tub was perfect. Would book again.

Worth recommending!

The stay was amazing I had a small dental emergency that the GM George was able to assist with seamless execution. This hotel is hand down the best in customer service and rooms are efficient yet comfortable.

At check-in, the hotel manager personally came out to assist us, which made us feel very reassured. The room is clean, and the shampoo is good. There are also USB ports right by the bedside, which is very convenient. Since the hotel is located in the center of Myeongdong, it’s nice that we can bring back food from the street stalls and enjoy it warm in our room.I'd like to stay this hotel again next time.

The room is clean and spacious. The washroom is also clean and spacious. I love that the laundry is on the same floor as our room (4th floor. I’m not sure if they have it on every floor). They have the microwave, plates, towels, big garbage cans on the same area too which was convenient. The hotel is located in the heart of Myeongdong so it’s very close to a lot of dining and shopping options. The street where it is seemed a little bit sketchy at night because its dark but overall the stay was good and I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is right in the middle of all the action. Tons of shopping and very close to the street food vendors. Only downside was I found someone’s color contact on the floor and lots of random hair in the bathroom. But the bedding was clean.

Great hotel easy to check in with helpful personnel. Laundry and kitchen were good. Location right inside the shopping sera. Difficult to access at certain time for taxi but not too far to walk to. I would go back. I was there with my 13 yo daughter.

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Seoul. The room was clean and well-kept, and the location is fantastic — right near all the excitement of Myeongdongjang. It’s close to shops, street food, and nightlife, but surprisingly quiet considering how lively the area is. The manager stood out as especially helpful and friendly. When I had an issue with the Wi-Fi on my first night, he addressed it immediately and got it resolved quickly, which I really appreciated. That level of service made a big difference. Overall, this hotel offered a great balance of comfort, convenience, and attentive service. I’d definitely stay here again.

フロントなどは無いが、スタッフがひとり控えていて、とても親切で良かった。 ただ部屋に関しては、ホテルに普通に有る規約が書かれたものやボールペンやメモ書き等何も無く、小物を置く小さな棚も無い。階ごとにコーヒーマシーンや水のサーバーも有るが使ったグラスは自分で洗う。この価格でこれはダメだと思う。
