I like the emplacement because it was quite, the staff working there was nice and helpfull... The publics transports very close. A market and some shops very close too and many banks (10 minutes walk) 2 subway stations... Thanks it was very nice to be there The only negative things : not enough place for closers and small room, even if it was clean !

For Americans new to South Korea, expect hotel rooms to be smaller than what you are used to. Hand Picked Hotel is no exception. Then again, the Hotel rates are far lower than in the USA. If you’re expecting a 4star experience and room sizes, book a Five Star Hotel. I would give a 4 star to the staff, only because I ran into a situation where no staff were present when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. Apparently the young reception crew were out back taking a break together. When I found them, and asked for assistance, they said they were taking a break and will be back in about 5 minutes. In all other instance, all the staff, from doorman to cleaning ladies were curtious and helpful. The hotel itself seems old and run down. We had a false fire alarm due to the elevators malfunctioning. Apparently water had flooded the elevator shafts. Then one of the two elevators the hotel had was shut down for the remainder of our stay. I will chalk it up to the rainy season. Our stay at Hand Picked Hotel was at the end of July.

Just okay…

Pros: Staff is very kind, helpful & English speaking, the cafe in the basement is nice, the maids come in to change your towels, make your bed, take your trash out etc every day, eco friendly shower products, airport bus Cons: Location: 20-30 minute taxi ride to popular spots in Seoul, 40-50+ mins with the subway or bus, scuffs on the walls and furniture, room would get up to 80+ degrees even though the heat was turned off and the curtains were closed, no airflow unless you open a window which I often had to do to cool the room down but then the street noise was very loud and disruptive, toilet didn’t flush very well, yellowing grout in the shower, dirty screens/windows, rips and holes in the towels and bedding (the strings in the bottom of our duvet covers where they’re supposed to tie together were completely ripped off, there was a loud electrical crackling coming from the wall by the door one night too ?… could be a nice hotel it’s just run down and needs some refreshing

繁華街からはちょっと離れていますが、交通の便が良いのでそこがOKな人はとても良いと思います。天候次第なところもありますが。夜は静かですし、スタッフさんの対応も良いです。

고급호텔급을 기대하고 오면 실망할 수도 있을듯함. 가성비 비즈니스 호텔 정도의 느낌. 샴푸 린스 바디워시 등은 없지만 동구밭에서 나오는 작은 비누형태로 구비되어 있음. 따로 챙겨오는게 좋을 듯 함. 웰컴 커피 주는건 좋았음. 주변 교통편 좋았고 주변 소음 거슬리는것 없었음. 다만 기대에 비해서는 가성비 비즈니스 호텔의 느낌!

Eine der wenigen guten Hotels in der Gegend, da hier kein Tourismusist. Aber Anbindung an Metro und Bus ist sehr gut. Es liegt südlich vom Fluss und es ist eine typische Gegend mit einheimischer Bevölkerung und einigen Universitäten in der Nähe.

Liegt etwas abseits der üblichen Touristik, ist aber sehr gut erreichbar in der Nähe von Bus und Metro. Der Flughafenbus hält direkt vor dem Hotel.

4泊5日お世話になりました！とても快適な宿泊になりました！ 仁川空港からのエアポートバスがホテルの目の前に止まってくれ、行きも帰りもノンストレスでした。 ホテル全体もお部屋の中もコンセプトホテルの雰囲気があり、大変好みでした。 2杯のコーヒーサービス券をいただいたので、朝はコーヒー片手に屋上に行きました。 屋上は気持ちが良いので是非行って欲しいです。可愛いミツバチたちにも会えます！ サステナブルな取り組みも推せるポイントで、普段から固形石鹸のシャンプーを使っている私にとってはアメニティの石鹸シャンプーは全くストレスではありませんでした！（石鹸の質もよくてお土産で購入するほど気に入りましたよ） ここは友達にも勧めるし、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。 ありがとうございました。

편안한 숙박

집에 도배를 하는 이유로 가까운 장소에 있어서 1박을 하게 됐는데 기대보다 괜찮은 곳이었다. 주변에 식당도 많았고 호텔 조식도 맛있는 편이었다. 잘 관리해서 동네에 명소로 남았으면 하는 바램이 있다.

スタッフさんがとても親切で質問に対してもいろいろ丁寧に対応してくださって、スタッフさんの満足度は満点でした！私が滞在中は日本語話せる方はいなそうでした。 清潔さについては、シーツやタオルが最初から少し汚れてたりしていてやや残念でした。トイレはウォシュレット付きで綺麗です。アメニティのシャンプーやリンスは全て石鹸タイプで歯ブラシも購入するシステムだったので準備して行った方が良いかと思います。 とても安かったのと、ホテルの前に空港からバスが止まって行きも帰りもとても楽だったこと、なにより本当にスタッフさんの印象がよかったのでトータル満足です。
