First choice for family travel

This is the second time staying at the hotel. I like that the room is big, neat and clean. The staff are very friendly. There are also have some limousine buses directly to Incheon Airport.

Iโ€™ve lived in korea for 5 years and while this is a Lovehotel style it felt very safe, clean and good value. Room was nice, located just off the main road and was better than I expected. I brought my daughter and wife and they were both happy. Good value for money for Seoul. We stayed at Alotte world hotel the rest of our stay so this was a great value for the first night the night we arrived

Decent hotel with not good service.

The condition of the hotel is in fair condition. However the staff in front desk specifically the lady pretending not understand English and keep saying there's no reservations, not sure if the owner of the hotel knows her working attitude.

This hotel was definitely not what we expected. We only stayed one night so it was ok but if I had to stay longer I probably wouldnโ€™t have. The hotel is a little outdated, room smelled of moth balls, and had raid as one of the amenities which was questionable to me.

1. Ground coffee machine with complimentary coffee for all tastes (available 24 hours a day)๏ผŒvery good. 2. The website states that you can check in at 4:30 p.m., but when I called the hotel, I was told that it costs 10,000 won to check in early. When I arrived at the hotel, it was 4:00 p.m., and I was able to stay at the hotel with humanized quality service without asking for a fee, which was very good, but I hope that the hotel can improve the quality and check in earlier because other hotels are available at 3:00 p.m.
