Unfortunately the pictures do not tell the entire truth.. The wallpapers in the room were loose on the sides, the cleaners only took out the trash and never changed bed-sheets or such. The shower had loads of black spots that looked like black mold. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, however the rooms did not look as in the pictures.

Great location, easy walk into myeongdong. If you’re okay with a smaller room, this is a great budget option. The bed was very firm, but other than that the room was great! Staff were great at reception.

Our flight got delayed and we didn’t arrive until midnight. They were so kind to accommodate us well past their usual desk hours. I’d recommend sending them a message through the app to keep the lines of communication open. We also loved the spacious room and how close it was to many food options.

Friendly staffs…. Do not need to worry that you are not able to communicate they speak really well English. Hotel is located at foods Street. So if you are hungry.… no problem. City hall station is only 5 min walks away so really convenient. And most important there is no carpets layout on the floor so room smell fresh and clean. The is also a small pantry that you can make a cup of coffee and microwave that you can heat up foods. A small and comfy hotel 👍

We had a great experience staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated having space to store our luggage. The location was excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to shops within walking distance. The only downside was the bedding, which wasn’t very comfortable. However, for a short stay and at this price point, it was still a great value overall.

The room was clean and serviced daily. Shops are nearby, early coffee in the morning. Markets are a five minute walk. Easy access to buses and trains to take you further afield (which we used daily.) Google maps and Naver work on an alternate basis. Staff, especially Rocky, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you so much Rocky.

The hotel is cramped into a tiny build which is shoulder to shoulder with neighboring buildings. The room I booked was a three-bed room and very small in size. The worst part is it is very NOISY. The minute I walked I heard the noise which is a Low-frequency humming kind of sound, I can even feel the shaking of the class shower door. After I open the window with opaque film I know why it is so noisy. The sound is from the air conditioner outdoor unit of a neighboring building and the fan is turning and blowing air right to the window next to my bed. I asked for room change, there is no extra room, so I have to sleep-in with my ear plugs on. Bad bad experience. Also the room and build is very old, and sewage odor is STRONG in the bathroom as soon as you open the shower room door you can smell it. they have to HIDE a can of 'pure breeze deodorizer' on the top of the cabinet to mitigate the smell....I would never recommend the place to anyone
