I booked this property by false images they presented with Expedia. I requested refund just after I arrived the property. No contact and stole my money. I will report them to Korean police. This is criminal level of misrepresentation and misleading.

I was charged the price of a room I did not pay for. The hotel charged me for a premium room when I got a smaller room. I talked to the rude staff and they said all the rooms were sold out. The rooms were VERY dusty and curly hairs everywhere. It was such a terrible experience.

I paid for a sweet and they gave me a normal room and when I asked to get the room I paid for they told me know they gave it to someone and wouldnโ€™t refund me the difference and my room was dirty the sheets had stains donโ€™t stay here fine somewhere els to go I would rather pay double for a hotel thatโ€™s actually clean and wonโ€™t scam me

Itโ€™s a scam! The pictures they post on Expedia/ Google are fake, completely different from the actual rooms and lobby, the only thing that matching will be the building outside. I booked though Expedia for 9 nights of staying because I saw the photos and reviews, the first moment when I got inside the room, I was like holy cow, room was dirty, towel not clean and stinky, floor was dusty, toilet was terribly disgusting. I ended up staying for one night because Expedia promised to give me refund for the rest of the nights and told me to a ahead to move to a different hotel, I have all the emails evidence on file. However after I moved to a new hotel and paid for another $800, Expedia told me they canโ€™t issue a refund due to the straight policy from the dirty hotel, anyway I ended up dispute everything on my end. Do Not live in the hotel, and donโ€™t rely on Expedia because different employees would promise you different things but end up nothing.
