Friendly staff

Very clean and friendly staff. So close to the south gate market. Great breakfast. We stayed there one day rainy day. Hotel provided for umbrellas. It was nice and thankful.

Great hotel centrally in Seoul

Great first stay at this hotel. Strict on the check in time of 3pm but lockers available for free in the reception area. Comfortable bed with good light and AC system. Ver little noise from other rooms. “Japanese shower” bathroom.

Great location, with City Hall Station nearby, as well as Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market about 15 minutes away on foot. Room was spacious and clean. Towels get changed frequently, and the room has a refrigerator, which gets stocked with bottled water daily. There is a WowPass machine on the ground floor, so you can either buy a WowPass or top it up. There are also washing machines and dryers on site. Wonderful place to stay as a base in Seoul.

Hotel was very clean and equipped with everything we needed including umbrella that we can borrow. They also have storage lockers that we used to leave our luggage while we went to Busan. This service is free up to 7 days if you return and stay with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with Korean as well as Western food variety. Subway and bus routes are nearby. It was easy to commute to the many attractions around Seoul. The hotel is also close to shopping districts. There is also a convenient store CU and Starbucks outside and it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

Easy check in, great area, clean room but minor inconveniences with the room itself. A lack of outlets, especially next to the bed/nightstand. The bath/shower room was also a bit challenging since there wasnt space to set dry clothes down to change into if you’re sharing a room with a friend. Bit of mold on the ceiling there too. Otherwise, pleasant convenient stay close to Seoul Station with the Namsan cable car within walking distance

The laundry machines smell so bad. Since they're used by so many people, they need to be disinfected regularly. The room isn't well ventilated, and the air purifier is full of dust, making the air in the room worse. This could be detrimental to your health.

駅にも近く、周辺に飲食店もたくさんあって便利でした。飲食店は、明洞が観光客相手ならこちらは地元の方向けなのか、少しリーズナブルに感じました。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に荷物をロッカーで預かってくれる(無料)ので便利です(大きなスーツケースも入ります)。

日本語が通じること、立地がいいため選びました。 バス停も近く主要な観光地へのアクセスには困りませんし、周辺にご飯屋さんも多いので夜に遠くまで行かなくても美味しいものが食べられます。 ホテルの下にはコンビニがあるので、飲み物や軽食の購入もできます。 朝食を2日分だけつけましたが、韓国のメニューもあり、美味しかったです。 毎朝ほとんど同じメニューなので、時間がない日だけつけて、あとは外で食べるのがいいかもしれません。 日本チェーンのホテルなので湯船と洗い場が付いている日本式のお風呂がウリなようでした。 10月下旬の韓国は寒く、湯船にゆったり浸かれたのはかなり良かったです。 残念だった点は、事前のチャットで確認した際には、バストイレ洗面はすべて別になっていると聞いていましたが、トイレと洗面台は同じスペースにあり、区切りのドアがありませんでした。 部屋も若干狭く感じたのがイメージと違った点ですが、普通のビジネスホテルという感じです快適でした。 はじめて韓国に行く方や言葉に不安のある方は、ぜひおすすめです。
