unpleasant check in

Owner gave wrong address to me. Luckily the taxi driver called him and they talked in korean. I called him in wechat but he didnt answer. Never provided the check in details to me until i asked for it. instruction was not clear especially location, should come together with map.

Uncleaned and smelly

The location was excellent, close to subway, bus stop and the Hongik University. The room size was nice but smells horrible. After 7 days of keep the window open and 1 can of Glade, the smell remains. The bathroom was a nightmare, I had to go to the market to buy cleaning products before be able to use it. All was full of mold, dirt and spider webs, the floor, the walls, the sink, the shower tap and the worst was the doors. I cannot put in words the feeling of nausea I had. The description in the page, included daily cleaning but during my 7 days of stay, nobody appear even to peak up the trash. In better conditions this room could be a very good deal but believe me, you don't want to have to clean the kitchen, the bathroom, the washing machine, the appliances and the sheets during your vacations, at least not for this price.

部屋は正直キレイとは言えなかったが、スタッフの方がすごく親切に接してくれました。 立地場所は抜群。弘大入口の駅から近く、ホテルを出るとすぐお店が並んでいるので便利でした。
