Sejong is in a perfect location, right next to the metro station and markets but not ok noise. The service was very good and efficient. However, there was some mould in the bathroom and the shower didn’t work properly. There are also 24hr protests outside the hotel due to unfair dismissal, which we wish we’d known before staying.

The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. On our first 1 hour, the toilet was not working and water was gushing from the bottom of the toilet. It wasn’t even from the top, toilet water was flowing on the whole bathroom floor! I complained to transfer us, but they said the engineer fixed the problem with the plunger so all is good for the house cleaning to clean the the floor the next morning. Unsanitary, not accommodating and I was hesitant to flush it afterwards, so we used the lobby bathroom instead. For the 4 star rating, I expected much better BASIC feature in a hotel room. A TOILET is basic, it reminded me of a horror movie but instead of blood, it’s toilet water flowing.

I was satisfied with the location and the size of the room. However, I can't say it was the best hotel I've stayed at in Seoul. The refrigerator in the room was leaking, and the floor was wet. Because the stay-over cleaning service was done quite late in the day, I couldn’t return to the hotel early and relax. The front desk staff were generally unfriendly and did not provide sufficient explanations. Also, there were people at the hotel entrance protesting what they claimed to be unfair dismissal, playing loud music, which made it impossible to get a good rest in the morning. To be honest, it felt like no consideration was given to the inconvenience caused to staying guests. It may be difficult for me to choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul. That said, this is just my personal opinion.

Hotelzimmer war gut ausgestattet, die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Transfer vom Flughafen mit einem Flughafen-Bus ist super entspannt direkt vor die Haustür. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist ebenfalls sehr gut.
