The Signiel is a wonderful hotel. The view from our room on the 87th floor was spectacular. Our room was well appointed and the staff was so helpful. Staff is so professional quality service . Its not checking time But,I asked if I could leave my baggage hotel Staff take cared. When checking time , Bring my baggage perfect. Also information for my baggage sending other hotel . The only thing that was a bit disappointing was The washlet was not usable and that all the windows were dirty as if they had been dripped with detergent, so we couldn't see the nice view through the windows.

The views of Seoul from this property is second to none. The staff was attentive and would always help get the door for you and hold the elevator so that you could go first. The English at this property was also relatively good, so communication was easy most of the time. It is literally right beside Lotte World Mall, so very close to shopping and a short <5 min walk to the subway station. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel as a whole was very good! There's one that got stuck. A very small tick, perhaps because of the carpet? There were bugs, so I think it's better to set a schedule and sterilize them.
