Great location, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is comfortable with storage space, small table and seating, shower and tub, etc. Central to shopping, food and other experiences and a quick walk to the airport bus. Also, luggage storage was available at no cost and lobby is quite spacious.

フロントの方達は日本語がみなさん上手だったので安心しました。 チェックインは時間通りにならないとできないようですが、荷物は預かってくれます。 部屋は禁煙のはずがチェックインした部屋がすごいタバコ臭くて変えてもらいました。 しかし新しい部屋のキーを取りにこいと言われて大きいスーツケースを持ってまたフロントに行かなければならず、それが不便でした。 それ以外は立地は文句ないし普通に快適に過ごせたので、総じて良かったと思います。

金浦空港にANAの22時30分着の便で深夜に到着しましたが、なぜか空港側の搭乗橋が到着せずに、階段を降りてバスに乗って、ターミナルに着き、その後の入国審査に時間がかかったので、明洞駅には24時40分ごろ到着しました。通りの屋台などは皆撤収していて、むしろ誰もいない様子でとても静かでした。出発前に到着予定時刻について、連絡したところ、「一階のインターフォンを押したら開錠します」との案内でしたが、扉の鍵は開いていて、フロントの方は親切に対応してくださいました。部屋は清潔によく整っており、お湯もすぐに出て、暖房も適切に調節できました。快適な滞在をありがとうございます。
