Hotel room was just what we needed. Definitely on the smaller side so the walls were all scratched up from suitcases. The staff and accommodations is definitely very travel friendly. It was walkable to the shopping area and there’s so many restaurants within a couple minutes walk. I would come back!

The room seemed dated. After the second day there, when we returned from sightseeing, the room smelled like sewer. The staff quickly provided us with a new upgraded room. The new room seemed renovated and much brighter.

A just okay hotel with the best staff

The hotel is placed near everything you need, bus and tube. The staff is excellent, 6 out 5 stars. However, our room was not ready when we arrived at 3 o’clock when check in normally is. Our room was ready at about 30 min later. slightly annoying but things happens. Unfortunately our room was not ready when we got in. The floor was dirty, the toilet had hair around and in it, the tiles are dirty and look moldy and the bottom of the shower door is brown. Furthermore, some of the complimentary boxes in the bathroom were empty. The staff had put back the boxes the previous guests had emptied, and there was no toilet pappaer to be found anywhere in the room. But that’s unfortunately not all. The hallways sometimes reeked of smoke. Cigarette smoke. And it smelled in our rooms too if you left the air conditioning on, speaking of air conditioning. The air condition in the rooms was REALLY noisy. We had to use ear buds to sleep well. But back to the positives; the toilets in the reception were always clean and tidy, the breakfast was good, the fitness room was small, but really nice and cold, and always topped up with cold water. generally the state of the hotel was nice and clean. And again, the staff was superb.

すべてにおいて「優良」ホテルです。 夫と2人、スイートに2泊しましたが、 お部屋のインテリアも落ち着いていてとてもきれいでした。檜の四角いお風呂にも入り、大変心地良かったです。 エアコンも天井に2つありスムーズに使えました。 2泊だけなのでお掃除不要とメイドさんに伝えたら、タオル交換と水ボトルの補充などすぐに対応してもらいありがたかったです。 チェックアウトの時にフロントでタクシーの手配をお願いしたら、本当に4分でタクシーが到着！早くて驚きました！(たいてい長く待たされることが多いので･･･) チェックインも早くてスムーズでした！ とにかくスタッフの方々は感じが良く、迅速に対応してくださりエクセレント！ 今回はレストランの利用は無し。 周辺の飲食店は地元の人たちが多く利用していて明洞に比べてお安い感じです。 ガイドブックに載ってない本当に美味しいお店もありますよ。 セキュリティもしっかりしていて安心、 私たち的には5つ星、 次回もぜひこのホテルにしたいです！

10月12日〜14日の2泊3日で利用させて頂きました。スタッフの方はとても親切、丁寧に対応していただきました。日本語でお話ししていただけたのはほんとに心強かったです！仁川空港からリムジンバスを利用したのですが、バス停からも近くとても便利でした。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました😊

客室掃除がされていなかった。フロントに問い合わせたら、清掃不要のボタンが押されてたとのこと。絶対に押していないのに、こちらが悪いみたいな言い方だった。 また、ゴミ箱が洗面所にないのは非常に不便だった。 ベッドがフローリングに上がって布団みたいに敷かれていたが、靴かスリッパを脱いだら履いたりしなければならず、不便だった。 ホテルの立地だが、確かに明洞は近いが、すぐ近くに大通りがあり、明洞のお店まで行くためには、階段を降りて地下を通るか、新世界百貨店の方まで行って横断歩道を渡らなければならず、不便に感じた。特に地下通路は昼間ならまだいいが、夜は怖くて通りたくない。 仁川空港から市内へのリムジンバスは南大門で降りれるから、比較的便利。 リピートはしない。

清潔でスタッフの方も日本語で話してくれて とても親切です！ 写真も快く撮ってくれます。 部屋も綺麗で快適です‼︎ 明洞からも歩いて帰って来れるし 南大門でのお買い物も直ぐに行けます！
