My experience with this hotel in Seoul was disappointing and unacceptable.
Due to a genuine family emergency, I was forced to end my stay early and return home. I promptly notified the hotel, providing sufficient notice and clear documentation of the situation, in good faith that they would handle the matter with a basic level of professionalism and compassion.
Instead, the hotel failed entirely in its duty of customer service. My communications were ignored, and no effort was made to respond, assist, or even acknowledge the situation. I subsequently escalated the matter through Expedia, yet despite this, the hotel remained uncooperative and unwilling to engage.
While I respect that policies exist, a complete absence of communication and any refusal to consider exceptional circumstances is both unreasonable and unprofessional. This level of disregard for guests is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Based on my experience, you should not expect responsiveness, flexibility, or adequate customer care should any issue arise.
