Positives: fantastic variety and quality of food. You won’t go hungry at all. Beach area is very nice. Hammam and massage were excellent. Negatives: Service from staff is extremely variable. Language barrier doesn’t help (most don’t speak English ). Facilities very tired and not updated - tennis/table tennis rackets and balls unusable. Gym very dated with old/broken machines . Indoor pool very cold in April (though advertised as heated). Door to sauna broken. Cheap coffee and alcohol. Needed a wheelchair for my mum - caused a huge amount of confusion amongst staff. Overall more like a 3/4 star hotel with 3 star service.Certainly not 5 star. Would’ve been extremely disappointed if I’d paid full price ( got a special last minute deal). Reminded us of a sunny version of Fawlty Towers. Won’t be returning.

Wonderful stay

Hotel staff were exceptional. They took particular care to note my dietary requirements and cater for them. I was impressed how the restaurant listed allergens in food so I could avoid any allergens. The grounds and swimming pools were beautiful. The food was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. I would love to come back here.

The good things first.The property is very green, so you can stay in the shade. The private beach is very nice with lots of palm trees and huts. They are cleaning rooms on the daily basis so it’s pretty clean. Water park was adequate and lots of fun for kids. Now the negative things. This place is full of smokers. No restrictions on smoking at all. It’s everywhere, near the pools, beach, everywhere. So, for the family resort with lots of kids it’s not a really good place. Rooms renovations are needed for sure. Not much of food variety. Pretty much the same dishes with minor differences. Not much meat options at all. I spent there a week and never saw a single entertainment person. The previous resorts I visited always had some activities and it was fun to participate. In this place it was only night shows where I saw a few members of that team. Every evening it’s too noisy as amphitheater is too close to the bungalows, so forget about falling asleep until midnight. Im not sure if it’s should be that close at the family resort, especially with little kids. Only one bar at the beach and it’s taking forever to get a can of pepsi or something else. Not sure why they don’t just put drinks in the fridge next to it, so people will take it anytime they want. No ice cream on the beach. You need to walk a bit to find it. I would give this place 3 stars. Overall it’s not bad, but consider something else, if you don’t like things I mentioned, especially if you came with children.

The gardens are absolutely unique. They would win the prize for best kept gardens in a hotel for sure. Food was also excellent. Swimming pools were huge - including a 25 meters lap pool, but also a 40 meter diagonal in one of the other pools - a pleasure to swim in. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly. We stayed in a garden bungalow - very spacious, clean, if a bit dated. Personally, I would change the rather drab colored curtains. The large open areas were very pleasant to relax in.

The facilities are outstanding and their cleaning staff is doing an awesome job in keep everything spotless clean at all times. The food is also very good specially the concepts they have established where u always have buffets and different high quality restaurants at your disposal all over the place. The bars make quite decent cocktails. The main problem are the employees with direct contact with guests i.e. reception, guest relations and animators. The vast majority of them speak no english but russian. We had 2 very disgusting situations where we were about to do an early checkout because of what happened. A) i joined a meditation class and the teacher asked at the beginning -„who doesnt speak russian ?“ a couple of guys and me raised the hand, she said-„the class will be in russian.“ b) the 2nd experience was when my little son asked me to bring him to a handcraft workshop To our surprise and of some other international families the kids‘ animator went straight to talk to the kids in russian, she didn’t even dare to ask. I replied energically . „ in English please“ Then as she couldnt speak english she called another colleague and said“ what is the problem you cant mimic what she is doing?“ This hotel treats non russian guests as 2nd plate, reason why they only hire russian employees to take care of the kids. 2)The animation team is poor they have lots of activities but they dont promote them. 3) Guest relations ping ponged me with reception as none spoke EN

Das was gut war ist das Kinderbetreuung bei Puppis World.Das Personal dort ist sehr Empfehlenswert wenn man seine Kinder für paar std.dort lassen möchte.Der Personal ( Herr Erol und Herr Urku) ist uns mit ihrerer freundlichkeit sehr aufgefallen.Und noch ein paar andere von Hotel service zb.Barservice und zwei andere Personen.Sonst hat es uns garnicht wirklich gefallen.

Отдыхали вдвоем с дочкой (9 лет). Прекрасные впечатления от отдыха. Есть минусы, но начну с плюсов. В сравнении с отелями подешевле и подороже - хорошее сочетание цена-качество. Много зелени, мест для отдыха. Классный детский клуб - целый комплекс! Есть большая площадка для вечерних мероприятий. В ноябре было тепло и мало людей. Почти нет камней на входе в море. Разнообразная еда, персонал уставший, но вежливый. Прекрасные водные горки, большой бассейн, есть несколько ресторанов, помимо основного, бары. На балконной двери есть сетка от комаров. Большие номера (отличаются на пару метров друг от друга) Несколько незначительных недостатков: променад от отеля до моря через речку по мостику. Нас не напрягало, но есть любители двигаться поменьше. У самого моря много шезлонгов, но они без зонтов. Хочешь зонт, лежи подальше. Уборка в 9 утра, поэтому мы вешали табличку "не беспокоить". Тогда номер убирали позже. Вентиляцию не включали, так как все запах из кухни шли к нам. Это отмечали и другие гости. Но она не очень хорошо работает в принципе, поэтому можно было бы дышать свежим воздухом. Если бы не одно НО. Если окна не на бассейн, а не соседний отель, то ночью вы будете слушать петуха, который орет постоянно. Спасали беруши. Планировали ходить по морю к друзьям в соседний отель. Это не реально, нет возможности пройти по берегу из-за реки. Если вам нужен хороший недорогой (сравнительно) отель, где есть чем занять детей и их можно накормить пиццей и бургером в любое время, вам сюда.

Amazing hotel for couples with children

The property is gorgeous! Garden is well taken care of; food is good, not a big variety but always fresh; they have 24/7 beautiful restaurant with full service when you get tired of running with plates in buffet; yoga, water aerobics and beach activities are fun; give a try to water sports on the beach, Olga will guide you with the weather conditions and best options for you. Night shows and events are amazing, very impressive for Turkey, Las Vegas style. The best part is kids club, they offer many activities for kids and take care of them while you can relax on the beach, kids club open till 12am, every night they run disco and show for kids. We had an issue with service in one of the Ala Carte restaurant, but the main restaurant manager took care of it in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend this gem spot for tourists to have

Хороший отель цена/качество. Но по Белеку средний, видимо сказывался конец сезона. В целом рекомендую.

Отличный отдых на 5 дней

Отель рассчитан на отдых с детьми - их очень много. Видимо для них есть все условия. Однако как парадокс на всей территории отеля можно курить и это раздражало, так как курят все и везде. Дали номер с апгрейдом в основной корпус - у него есть один громадный минус - идеально слышно вечернюю музыкальную программу - заснуть раньше 12 ночи нереально - просите номер в дпугом месте. Еда неплоха и разнообразна - мясо, рыба, овощи - каждый вечер тематические ужины (роллы одни из самых ужасных что я ел, раки замороженные, но в целом норма). Море теплое, но грязное, во второй половине дня поднимались волны и все перетекали в бассейны. Пляж - песок грязного цвета - не лухари. Шезлонгов всегда в избытке. Территория большая, зеленая, ухоженная. Анимация была но мы особо не пользовались. Можно поиграть в большой теннис, бильярд и др. Из бухла - вино самое базовое турецкое (один раз выпил и понял что слишком стар чтобы это пить), пиво также не впечатлило, из того что понравилось это коктейли - качественные ингридиенты и правильно мешают. В целом 5 дней это более чем достаточно для такого отдыха если вы не фанат или с детьми. В мире миллион мест и отелей и врядли мы вернемся сюда еще. Бонус - при бронировании отеля от 5 ночей можно сходить один раз бесплатно в один из трех ресторанов а-ля карт (турецкий, итальянский, рыбный).
