Encore un effort pour être au top…

Séjour agréable, appartement grand, un effort sur l’entretien serait le bienvenu (table basse cassée, table principale en passe de l’être, calcaire et rouille dans la salle de bain) Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que l’établissement soit au top.

Situation appréciable, vers la sortie de Sète, proche des plages, quartiers calmes avec commerces essentiels... Accueil fort sympathique, parking accessible et bus proches pour le centre ville. Légère note négative pour le studio intérieur un peu trop rustique au niveau confort (rangement, assises strict minimum...) Par contre balcon petit mais appréciable ! Très bien malgré tout pour le séjour d'une semaine. .

Terra Gaia

Personnel agreable et sympathique mais la Residence est vieillote et mérite un bon rafraîchissement peinture et meubles. Dans le hall d'entrée et paries communes le papier est décollé ou arraché et beaucoup de poussière dans le couloir. Des tâches sont apparentes sur les murs toilettes et chambre et les meubles sont très abîmés. Dommage car la résidence est bien placée, place de parking à l’intérieur, plage à proximité, lidl tout près, boulangerie en sortant de la résidence et arrêt de bus tous proche pour aller au centre ville. Nous avions un appartement avec une vue magnifique sur l’etang de Thau mais beaucoup de bruits dus à la voie de chemin de fer.

Déçu

La réalité ne ressemble pas au photo, nous avons été très déçu de se retrouver avec un mini balcon où on ne pouvait même pas se déplacer. Je ne parle même pas de la salle de bain, où nous devions avoir une baignoire mais nous avons eu un douche de norme handicapé donc la sdb était inondée à chaque douche. Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre , le ménage n’avait pas été fais, des toiles d’araignées partout , les draps avec des cheveux et la vaisselle une odeur horrible.

Das Zimmer was sehr sehr dreckig! Überall Essensreste, Nussschalen, Haare auf den Betten. Badezimmerabfalleimer wurde glaube ich noch nie von aussen geputzt. Sehr schmudelig und es roch auch so. Die Frau von der Rezeption konnte nur französisch und meinte der Chef wird mich morgen anrufen um dies zu klären. Es hat nie jemand angerufen und wir mussten uns am Abend um 20.00 noch ein anderes Hotel suchen. Mit 4 Sternen hat das nichts zu tun!!

Tres bon séjour, personnel très acceuillant. Établissement très propre et logement très fonctionnel. Seul bémol la literie est un peu dure. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet Établissement.

Chambre agréable, piscine en saison, grand parking, boulangerie en pied d’immeuble et supermarché à proximité, plage à 5 mn à pied. Literie ok mais perfectible, trains en journée mais au final peu gênant

NOEL 2024 À SETE

Super établissement qui a un parking privé et fermé, l'accueil agreable, notre appartement etait spacieux tres propre, la literie confortable. Il est tres bien situé dans un beau quartier, les plages les commerces sont proches tout peu se faire à pied...c'est génial je reviendrai et le conseillerai. Merci

Sejour novembre

Le sejour s'est bien passé, chambre avec vue sur etang de Thau. Chauffage dans les chambres non activé lors de l'arrivée clients pour un séjour en Novembre. Une mauvaise description des chambres par hôtel.com qui nous a obligé a prendre une chambre de catégorie superieure pour avoir 2 lits twins. Donc a bien préciser dans votre resa pour ne pas avoir la déconvenue de vous retouver avec un lit double, heureusement tranformable mais qui fait perdre du temps au check-in à la réceptionniste et aux clients. De plus il est mentionné qu'il y a un sauna et hammam sans être précisé qu'ils sont payants sur le site hôtel.com (9euros par personne). Certes mauvaises description sur plusieurs points sur le site hotels.com mais aucun geste de la part de l'hôtelier pour la déconvenue. Aux clients de faire réclamation auprès du prestataire c'est un peu limite.

Très agréable

A 10 minutes de la plage à pied, sinon, arrêt de bus à 10 mètres dans lequel on peut payer directement avec sa carte bancaire sans chercher à acheter un ticket ou quoi que ce soit d'autre. Piscine agréable avec coin ombragé. Chambre pour 4 assez spacieuse. Il y a une boulangerie à 5 mètres, la mission des enfants le matin c'était d'aller chercher le petit déj - très sécurisant. J'y retournerai probablement si je dois séjourner à Sète.

Accueil et personnel au top.mais très mauvaise insonorisation .studio avec porte communicante avec le voisin, donc on entend tout.balcon avec vue sur le voisin sans séparation. Voie ferrée a côté très bruyante.centre ville éloigné.tartre dans la cuvette du WC. Sinon Propreté et vaisselle ok.appareils ménager ok parking agréable et gratuit.magnifique plage a proximité arrêts de bus pour aller en ville a côté.belle piscine a l'hôtel.voila mon résumé complet. .
