"I like everything about this property. It is pretty much all inclusive. Very nice place. My family and I will definitely stay again!!"

"The manager of Hidden trails must have been over worked, I have never experienced a manager to be so rude. There were 9 of us for dinner, we waited for an hour before we even asked how much longer. She immediately had an attitude, We pointed out that people in the restaurant that came in after us had already received their food, She said oh yeah who? Point out who got their food before you. We said that we weren't going to do that because at this point everybody in the restaurant was looking in our direction, The manager stormed off and said there's only three of us. Maybe more training in customer service. This was very avoidable. On another note, customers should be made aware of changes in the waterpark prior to arrival. The maintenance made our stay difficult due to having a handicapped person with us and the closure led to her not being able to participate in our activities."

"Great staff. Easy check-in. Clean rooms. I didn’t use them but they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Checkout was very easy as well! I will definitely stay here again. "

"Breakfast was fresh and kept stock. The room was super clean, beds was comfortable, and the view we had was amazing. The outside pool and lazy river was a big plus for my kids. I think the inside pool needs more lighting besides that it was good. The staff was very friendly even when we got there late for check inn"
