Thoughtfully designed with both comfort and charm in mind, this cozy getaway features modern finishes, rustic touches, and fun details the whole family will love. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck, enjoying games by the fireplace, or heading out to explore nearby Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or Dollywood, Bear Tracks Bungalow is the perfect home base for your mountain adventure.

Spacious Cabin Retreat with Modern Comforts and Fun for All. The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en suite full bathroom. One bedroom is located on the main floor, while the other two are upstairs.

On the main level, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials to cook meals at home along with a cozy dining area for gathering around the table. The inviting living room offers a plush seating, a 65" smart TV, and an electric fireplace for the ultimate cozy vibe.

For indoor entertainment you'll find an air hockey table and plenty of space for fun and friendly competition. Whether you're here to explore the outdoors or unwind in comfort, this home has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Guests will be provided with a unique access code to unlock the front door. This code will be active throughout the duration of your stay, allowing you to come and go as you please with ease and convenience. No keys required.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please pile used towels by the door of each bathroom. You can leave the sheets on the beds with beds unmade. Please put trash in the trash cans inside the bear cages by the street.
Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start before leaving please. Take or throw away all food from the refrigerator and freezer. Set AC to 78° and check for all belongings.
Make sure the top on the hot tub is secure and temp is between 95-100°. If you moved any furniture during your stay, please return it to its original position. Have a safe journey home or beyond.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
