Relaxing in the mountains

The property certainly met our needs. Two plus 65 couple so having two master bedrooms was ideal. We were gone during the day either the men playing golf on two days. Very nice courses: Bent Creek and Gatlinburg. Spent one day in Gatlinburg and went to two shows in Pigeon Forge. So relaxing on the front porch to end each day was perfect.

Awesome Mountain getaway

This Cozy cabin had everything we needed to get away, relax and reconnect. Didn't think I would have enjoyed the shuffle board as much as I did and it provided some great competitive games. The cabin provided great seclusion while also being close to everything.

Perfect for an Adventure

The furniture and decor was so incredibly nice! What an amazing touch to help get you into the mountain feel. This cabin is close to the entrance, but still feels secluded. Resort is close to all the action and adventure that Pigeon Forge and vicinity has to offer. We will be back!

Spacious home with lots of windows showing off the beautiful surroundings! Very nice communitypool. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs and swing on the porch. I would definitely return!

Peaceful getaway

This cabin is near the heart of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. There was plenty of room for my husband and our two adult children. We enjoyed the feeling of being secluded even though there are other cabins nearby. The staff was very professional and quick to respond to my messages.

Smokin’ Time in the Smokies

The cabin was great place and a great location. Everything was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Only thing we were surprised about was the dirty pool restrooms and the pool and area was not very clean. We all know you have no control but would like to know because we’re sure you pay an association fee. Thanks for helping us make great memories!

Very nice, clean property in a very quiet area. Close to everything! The only thing is the bed is very high and needs steps and the hot tub needs steps as well. And I’m not short!!

Average Cabin Experience

The cabin was a last minute booking for us to take our kids to Dollywood. Super close proximity to park entrance. Cabin was stocked with utensils for cooking. No staples were left in kitchen. Had keurig and coffee maker. Why the low review...? First night, there was an AWFUL, UNBEARABLE odor of rotten eggs. We were worried it was a propane gas leak in our cabin. Texted Vacasa, and they sent out a technician. After all the worry... turns out it was an uncapped septic tank at the neighboring cabin. Tech was SO GREAT to address it on a Sunday night. We did not use the porch rocking chairs because the outside smelled. Once addressed by the technician, we were able to use the hot tub outdoors the next day. Not a great way to start the trip because we were scrambling to figure out what to do if it WAS a gas leak in our cabin. It ruined our arrival and dinner plans.

Loved the cabin but property management not so much

There was no problems checking in, the cabin was nice. I brought my daughters and granddaughters for spring break. I picked this cabin because there was a pool available, but the entire stay the pool was closed for maintenance. It did open one time for short while when it was raining and very cold. There was a nice warm jacuzzi. There was 6 of us and 5 towels I called management, after 45 minutes some one answered from another country and difficult to understand. I asked for towels she said 'no more towels' I explained 6 people & 5 towels she said 'wash them' seriously! No towels the next day, the following morning they brought towels. Later my I opened the foot stool and there was towels in plastic. Most places store towels under the vanity or on the shelf. There was plenty of dishes and cook ware. The beds were comfortable, we did wash all the covers because they smelled bad. Management was supposed to contact me but of course did not. I might stay again now that I know the foot stool 'trick' & ask about the pool status first.

What a disaster

If I owned a home & had Vacasa manage the property, I would be embarrassed to have others stay at my home. The mechanism on the sofa bed was broken, (they did replace it the next night.The pool (advertised as open 24 hours daily) was closed for pool maintenance. We were told that the HOA did not inform them that the pool would be closed. In reading older reviews, it seems this was a problem back in 2022 as well. We booked this place based on the pool availability to fill in hours in between the daily excursions. The property manager offered us a $100 refund - a paltry sum for our inconvenience. The dishwasher was on it's last legs, and there is a soft spot in the flooring near the dishwasher - some family is going to rent this place and will fall through the floor at some point. The dryer barely functioned - needed 3 cycles to get clothes remotely dry (and they weren't large loads). The kitchen hanging pendant light looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years and there were cobwebs in various places in the cabin. Thank goodness the AC worked well. We were given 1 extra TP roll for each of the 2 bathrooms, and the tissue box had 1 tissue showing, and one in the box. Needless to say we had to purchase additional supplies to get through 4 days. There was only 1 extra trash bag - nothing under the sink - again - we had to purchase more. Not a very positive experience. I will avoid Vacasa managed properties in the future.

Cozy cabin

We really enjoyed the cabin. Had an issue with a toilet not working and they came out right away and fixed it. Cozy beds, love the recliners, and hot tub was so nice. We would definitely stay there again.
