Couzin Sid has a Septic Tank. Place wipes even if they are flushable, feminine products, paper towels, facial tissues, hair, etc in the trash.
Couzin Sid does not have a kitchen sink disposal. Do not put food, grease, coffee grounds, etc down the drains.
Reset the A/C thermostat back to 74 (summer) 55 (winter) upon checkout. Lock all doors and windows. Secure sliding door with the wood stake provided.

Perfect cabin and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as shown online and very clean. We appreciated that they had DVD’s and games available for the children that traveled with us. I was in communication with the owner a few times and she was wonderful. The location is perfect, close enough to things but not in a congested busy area. We can’t wait to go back.

Family Vacation

What a great location. Most of our time was spent on the porch watching the kids play in the big front yard. We like to tube at Metcalf Bottoms which was a quick 8 min drive. Pigeon Forge only 19 minutes and Gatlinburg 35 minutes. We loved the big comfy couch and big dinning table for meals. Mia was great to work with.

Vacation Spring 2024

The house was very well kept and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. The grandkids loved snow tubing! Our only issue was the washing machine did not work properly. I did msg the problem to the property manager. Activities in Pigeon Forge was limited due to the weather turning cold so everyone was looking for inside activities which made it very difficult to find entertainment for the grandkids!

Beautiful home!

We have stayed in the Wear’s Valley/Townsend are in hotels and campgrounds several times , but this was our first house rental. The place was updated and lovely. Everything we needed was available in the house and there was plenty of room for us and our three grown kids. It’s convenient to town and Gatlinburg. The area is so peaceful and quiet at night, no traffic noise. As a bonus there were loads of fireflies in the back yard making quite a display. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking for a beautiful space that’s close enough to be near the action in 15 minutes but still quiet enough you can get some sleep. 5/5!

Good place to stay

We had a great time staying at Cousin Sid. The kids enjoyed the tractor .The home was clean and as described and close to everything we needed.The only problem we had was the floor vents not being attached to the floor.The kids kept tripping on them other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Cute little house

We decided on a last minute trip to Cades Cove and our stay was great. We have a granddaughter in wheelchair and single level house without alot of stairs is a must.. House was perfect for us .

Great Stay at Cousin Sid's

Cousin Sid's was exceptional! We absolutely loved our stay there. Great location! Easy to locate and out of the hustle and bustle, but close and easy access to all the great attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains. House was perfect. Decorated very nice, well stocked, clean and beds were very comfortable. Host was very quick and responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely recommend this place to others and we will definitely want to stay here again.

Nice home for our stay

We enjoyed our stay at Cousin Sid’s. The house was easy to find. The house is centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Townsend. We especially liked that because we spend a lot of time in Cade’s Cove when we’re in Tennessee. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with some local restaurants, gas stations, and a Dollar General close by for whatever you might need. We highly recommend booking your stay at Cousin Sid’s.

Everything is so awesome!

Wonderful property and house. View and privacy of property is amazing. Furniture and decor are really really nice. Very roomy and open. Loved the labels on kitchen cabinets and drawers telling you exactly where to find everything. Highly recommend this property.
