Overall good experience at this cute little cabin.

We had an overall good experience at this cabin. It was a cute little spot to go to and. Comfortable. The only issue we had was the driveway had a washed out spot in it and made it difficult going up and down and there were ants in the bathroom and kitchen area.

Cozy cabin in the woods

We wanted to find a cabin that wasn't too expensive but also cozy and clean to accommodate myself, my husband, and dog. This location is wonderful, it's on the side of a hill in the woods and offers a nice private location to stay. Everything you'd possibly need it provided to you, and the check in process was nice and smooth. We did communicate with the owner and they answered in a timely manner, and were super helpful. I would absolutely stay in this property again, and would tell anyone else to do the same!

Perfect center location for water and mountains

As long as you have realistic expectations as to what you are renting (a small cabin), this property is great! Centrally located we spent a long weekend on the lake and exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had one small issue and Chuck was responsive and had it corrected promptly. This cabin is perfect for a home base to go do other activities. If you plan to just stay at the cabin all trip, probably would not be the right cabin for you. But for the explorers, this is great!

Spring Break Getaway

This was the perfect cozy cabin for a short getaway! The cabin was as the pictures showed, and the bed was comfy. The bed frame was a little loose, and there were some ants in the kitchen sink area, but we didn’t plan on cooking. So that didn’t bother me much. It’s in a wooded area and that wasn’t outside the typical issues one may find. We enjoyed the sunset from the hot tub and coffee in the mornings on the balcony. The GPS directions did tell us that we had arrived before we actually did, but the picture of the cabin helped us find it up a little farther. We were far enough away from the touristy parts of town that we felt secluded, but just a short drive to all the action.

Great Anniversary Getaway

The cabin is precious! It was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the hot tub each night to help wind down and relax. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work the first day and couldn’t get the direct tv to work in the living room but wasn’t a big issue since it was just the two of us and we could watch tv in the bedroom. The kitchen had full size appliances which was really nice but they could use a some plastic cups since you can’t take glass to the hot tub. Also they could add more fry pans. I cooked breakfast one morning and it took a long time to fry up all the bacon and eggs in the one small fry pan. The bed is very firm so if you prefer firm, you’ll be good but it made my hips and back sore. Overall the cabin is very nice. The cabin in small but you should already know that before booking but it has all the space you need for 2 people. We had a great stay.

Disappointing Stay

This was a very disappointing experience. It’s a small Cabin which is fine, but when we arrived it was a sauna. The air was not on and you could barely even stand inside. I turned the air on but it took a long time to cool down, not until the next day. Temp still stood around 77-78 the whole attempted stay, with 89 degree weather. The PM brought a fan, which I had to assemble. After the miserably hot night, I went to take a shower, which never ended up draining so we could not shower. Many bugs and codwebs in the shower and bathroom. Felt clean, but possible unoccupied for a while. The AC continued to break Throughout the attempted stay and was genuinely uncomfortable. We also has ants continue get into everything. Not a great experience. We ended up sleeping at a friends down the street one night just based on not wanting to be there. This was also a pet friendly rental, and we were really worried to leave our dogs in the heat of the cabin.

A Port in the Storm

Very clean and efficiently laid out making up for being the tiniest place I have ever stayed. Accommodate me and three dogs by permission.
