- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.



- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.



- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.



- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.



- No RV or Trailer parking.



- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood & charcoal.



- There are BBQ Utensils for the guests to use during their stay.

This cabin easily accommodates 12 people and the welcome team is excellent with quick response time in case of any issues! The view from the back patio is beautiful! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Peaceful and relaxing

Exactly the time away we needed. The location of the cabin was very near to Cades Cove, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge and that was exactly what we wanted. Our grandbabies absolutely loved the"hot pool!" There was room for all of us. We will stay here again.

This house was roomy, well-maintained and well-equipped. The location is about 18 minutes outside of town, which allowed us to get away from the noise and traffic, but still be close enough to venture to the Strip for the things we wanted to do. For those things we forgot to pack, there was a Family Dollar Store and a convenience store both located less than a mile away. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch each morning sipping coffee and enjoying nature. Our dogs loved having a fenced yard where they could roam and play. The kids loved each having their own beds. We also enjoyed the amenities like the fire pit, the hot tub and the game room. We definitely would consider staying here again.

Home Feeling

Our famiky stayed a week. The location was convenient to many attractions. You may feel you are far but its just the two lane windy roads but don't let that keep you away. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, openness of the first floor, space, rooms. It may be a little challenging having two showers with many people but we are used to sharing bathrooms. We had one night where the nieghbors dogs began to bark loudly - we wondered if that would be the norm. They calmed them down and we didn't have any more barking during the week. You will kore than likely hear a rooster crowing in the mornings; be aware. We noticed it but it didnt hinder or affect us in a negative way. We had an HVAC issue and were down AC for a day or so but the property management team sent someone out late in the evening to repair it. We really apprecisted Blake. Things happen and we were very pleased about how the management team handled our iasue.
