- This phenomenal lake house in Sevierville on Douglas Lake offers 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 bunk beds. With 4 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub, guests will feel right at home. The additional living room space with a cozy murphy bed provides extra comfort for your stay. This amazing property is the perfect retreat for your trip. 2 kitchens make this property ideal for multiple familys to come and enjoy lake living in the mountains. We look forward to hosting you at our place. ** please note , lake levels are regulated by the TVA and owner has no control over lake levels . Lake is typically lowered to winter levels between mid September thru mid May . The Flat creek cove area has very little water during these months . We welcome well behaved family dogs , there is a $150 per dog fee per stay . All dogs must be on a leash when outside .
