We loved the cabin! Great amenities, very clean! Great location close to Wears Valley. My teenagers really enjoyed the game garage. Very peaceful and quiet. Owners very responsive.
What an amazing stay! Beautiful cabin nestled in the mountains with amazing views and privacy! Our kids ages 6-16 loved the place. Very clean and great communication from our hosts. We will definitely be back again! Would recommend for family and/or a romantic getaway in the mountains!
The cabin is so nice and in a quiet mountain location. Great for family to entertainment. The property and amenities were as described. 15-20 minutes from all the attractions, food, and shopping. I highly recommend booking here!
Property was nice, lots of room, nice large decks. Game room was fun. There were some issues. Upstairs main bedroom didnt have a fan, so was quite hot at night. We turn the ac down to 68 and this made no difference. A safety concern was there wasnt a rail on the left side of the steps going up to the main bedroom. The decks were nice but not covered. You couldnt sit outside if it was raining on the back decks. You can on the front, but the view is in the back. The strairs to the bottom of the house are straight up, if you have small kids youll need to watch them. Nice place though otherwise.
We had 11 adults in our group and a toddler. I was pleasantly surprised with the kitchen. It so many essentials including dishware and cook ware for us to prep and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. The spacious kitchen allowed for several of us to be cooking all at once. It was too cold out to enjoy all of the decks :(, but we surely did spend time in the hot tub and the garage set up was perfect for the young adults in our group. It had toiletries in every bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and more). I stayed in the master suite and loved it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I will note that there isn't a door to that bedroom because it's a loft style bedroom so you can hear the rest of the group when they are hanging out downstairs in the family room, but I actually loved this feature because I felt like I was in my space but without missing out on the rest of the family affairs. We are all very close and comfortable with one another otherwise I may feel differently. We all enjoyed the hot tub and it warmed up nicely despite the 35 degree temperature outside. It was clean and soothing to hang out in in the evenings. Towels were provided specifically for the hot tub. It states it sleeps 12 and it has the space, but the pull out in the family room wasn't comfortable enough for a good nights rest. That is the only reason it is not a 5 star. There was a Xmas tree and the host replied to any question immediately. I would 100% stay here again.
We loved our family getaway to this homey but modern cabin! We travelled with 5 adults and 3 kids aged 8-11. The cabin is beautiful with 3 separate levels and a full bath on each. Three bedrooms are on the lowest level and the primary suite is on the top and is a true oasis. The kids loved the bear room and video game table. All the adults slept in peace on comfortable beds! We loved the hot tub and were especially pleased the water is changed between guests. The location is close to both Sevierville, Dollywood and Townsend. It was great! The kitchen is well stocked and the large table perfect for family meals. There are so many enjoyable places to relax and visit in this cabin-the front and back porches were favorites. The game room gave the opportunity to teach classic games (pool, football, and air hockey) to the kids. We didn’t see any bears but our pup was on high alert so we know there is wildlife galore. We also enjoyed having a great, fenced area for the dog to be walked. The fire pit area was beautiful and the hosts even provided wood. We had so much rain during our stay we were just unable to fully enjoy it. There was so much attention to detail to make a great stay even more enjoyable. Even with the rain, our stay in the cabin was perfect!
We really wanted to love this cabin but left mostly disappointed. It’s not kid/baby friendly at all. There are stairs in the middle of the main living room that have zero way of ensuring kids or babies don’t go straight down. No gates are provided to help. There really aren’t any views. We come every fall and enjoy sitting out on the decks and enjoying the view. That’s not possible in this cabin. The main deck has zero coverage so if it’s sunny or raining- you aren’t going to enjoy being on the deck (view or no view). While we love being outdoors and in nature- we don’t want to sleep with nature in the house. The amount of spiders we found in the home, in our BEDS, under the couch- just everywhere was unsettling and made it hard to sleep. Another reason we couldn’t let our baby just play on the floor. Black mold on the back of all the couch pillows. If you just want a place to crash in between your adventures this cabin is fine. But if you want somewhere you can be comfortable, relaxed and enjoy the mountains- there are plenty of other options that offer much better views and a more family-friendly environment that allows you to enjoy the space.
