The property is large in the inside. The 3 bedrooms are very spacious. We are a family of 6. 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of room very nice. Great Place

Great place. Easy to find, clean and quiet! Bring your hangers. No dressers either. One load of soap is given for the dishwasher and wash machine. So if you plan to do more than that, you may want to bring some along. The home was gorgeous and very clean. Fireplace was really nice but it cooks the loft. Thats the case I believe in most homes though. We were so happy with the location and the stay. Thank you so much.

Fantastic home

We brought my mother and her sisters for a weekend trip. They absolutely loved the kitchen and the openess of the kitchen and living area. The deck was a favorite spot in the mornings and in the evenings. There were plenty of fresh towels in each restroom. Every room seemed clean for our stay. The water smelled very bleachy but if you use the water from the fridge it's fine. The bedrooms were big and spacious. It was very peaceful thete. We would definitely book this home again.

Good value but some stuff needs to be addressed.

Needs a good cleaning (food in the cracks of the dinning room table- had to clean out both coffee pots etc.) need cookware. The furnishings need updating to give you that cabin feel on the inside. I would have to suggest installing a hot tub there's plenty of room on the deck for it.

We had an excellent experience at this property. The house was clean and well stocked. Right down the road from Pigeon Forge. We were a two family group + 3 dogs and there were plenty of rooms and beds for us all to sleep comfortably. Check in was easy. Recommendations for improvement: the jets on the jacuzzi tub do not work.

Nice property, maintenance issue, horrific property managers

My fiancé and I were excited to begin our first vacation together along with my teen and our two dogs. The home is gorgeous. However, the water had an awful sulfur smell. Many of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty, and we were unable to rewash them due to the unsafe water. The couches were not vacuumed and had lots of crumbs and items in the creases. We attempted to reach the property managers by email, phone, and text. Throughout the first 24 hours we were stuck unable to shower or enjoy the trip wondering if we needed to find a hotel or go back home 5 hours away. Overseas customer service kept promising the local manager would contact us. We NEVER received the call! The horrific customer service continued at the next property.

Problems

This property is beautiful but a little rural some comments said. There is no hot tub so my husband and I looked forward the jacuzzis bath…well it doesn’t work NO power at all. Then I’m the fresh towels was long black hair which me nor my husband have. Also the vents in all the bathrooms were COVERED IN DIRT I sent a text message called the office and also received a text from the property manager They wanted me to give them permission to go in our home while we are not home or we would wait around for them. I’m not sure if the company remembers this but I paid it be on this trip not to be there for repairs. There is nowhere to throw your garbage and the water “smells”. Also the bottom of the driveway which is step has giant craters in it. When it rained I wasn’t sure we would make it back up. No one has called to make this right they were also suppose to give us late check out for free for the inconvenience but guess what that never happened either.

House was nice but was not clean upon arrival and other issues

The house was beautiful and a great location and we were super excited for this getaway! The main reason why we book this house was for the location, the jetted tub, fireplace, space and the fact that it had a garage. Upon arrival after driving for hours we arrive to the house smelling of garbage due to the fact that bags of trash had been sat in the garage from the prior tenants. Once we got inside and started bringing our stuff and we noticed that the house was dirty, the sheets on the bed were still from the prior tenants and the house was not clean. We called the property management and were told because of the time that we arrived no one could get out there to clean the house and that it was just an error that the house was not cleaned. They were willing to put us in a hotel for the night but due to the fact that we had a pet and a motorcycle we could not stay at a hotel and chance it. We had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies to wash the linens so we could sleep. The next day we tried to use the fireplace only to find out that it did not work and that wires were showing exposed so this was a letdown. Then we try to use the jetted tub in the master bathroom to find out it did not work as well so all in all this was a let down for us. We did enjoy the house but it needs some work and the property management should make sure it clean before other guest arrive especially for the cost per night. We would stay again if all the issues were fixed as it is a peaceful location, beautiful house and area.
