- Guests must be over 18 (children with parents are allowed)
- 6 human max capacity for this cabin
- Steep roads may require 4-wheel drive and/or chain in snowy conditions
- Bears and critters frequent the area; exercise caution
- At our home you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional. However, our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4-, 6-, or 8-legged variety.
- Exterior cameras in use for your safety. Camera mounted near the front door and pointed at the driveway.

Pet Policy:
Maximum of 2 dogs allowed w/ non-refundable, due at booking, $150-$180 (amount varies by booking platform).
Note: Sky View cabin is built on a slope & does not have a fenced, level yard area.
Dogs must be house-trained and cannot be left unattended inside or outside of cabin
No cats, horses, elephants or other non-dog pets allowed
We recommend bringing a few old towels with you to wipe off their feet after going outside, especially in the wet months, as Tennessee Red Clay is inevitable.

Great place for a nice getaway! Great for a 3-4 person family or just as a couple or solo! Very quiet and secluded with all sorts of fun games and activities within the home. Will definitely stay again.

I got to see bears!

The cabin was a great setup for us. It was close to amenities but still private. During the rainy times the game room with the fooseball table, pool table, arcade games, and others was a huge hit. The wifi was strong and reliable. Overall, I would definitely recommend, and probably stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here in June of 2024. This cabin is close to Dollywood was a priority for us. It’s also close to everything else happening in the Pigeon Forge area! It was the perfect place for our little family.

Great family getaway!

I have teenagers and this was a great cabin for us! A full game room upstairs that they loved and kept them busy and they loved the hot tub. Great communication with the hosts. It was very clean!

Great family vacay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to feel like we were in the forest up in the mountains and a short drive to anywhere we needed to go. It was just the right amount of space for me and my husband and our 2.5 year old. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive.

A piece of paradise!

We absolutely loved staying at this sweet little cabin. The location was perfect in relation to all the things to do around the area, and it kept you out of Gatlinburg traffic which was a huge plus. It was remote enough yet convenient as well. We will definitely be back to the smokies and highly recommend this cabin!

In the treetops, relaxing space, comfortable. We were a mom and two young adult sons. Great place to reconnect a few days and explore the area attractions. Would consider returning if in the area again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our cabin was beautiful! One of the cleanest most up to date cabins we have ever stayed in. We even took pictures for our future house build! We loved it that much. Very easy to access and a beautiful neighborhood ❤️

Fantastic! Beauty and tranquility, but close to the action

We stayed here with our two younger kids (6,8). We had a great time, and the cabin was awesome. Incredibly clean and inviting. Our hosts were great communicators, and made everything easy. This place and the experience exceeded our expectations. A short drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, you’ve got easy access to fun and excitement and great hiking. Ideally located, we would recommend this place for couples, families, and even solo travelers.

Anniversary Getaway

The cabin was well appointed, warm, inviting and clean. Upon entry to the cabin, we were welcomed with a nice bottle of red wine and a basket with goodies which was a nice touch. Although we went in December and there was not a lot of foliage, the cabin still felt secluded which was great. Josh the host was excellent at answering any questions we had. Definitely will stay there again.

Perfect fun

We did quick end of summer weekend with the kids. It was the perfect size, clean, and full of fun for them. They spent hours playing pool and fuseball. Kitchen and bath was well stocked and even had some extras touches that were well thought out. Owner was attentive and responsive in messaging.
