The living room at the Roundtop Mountain Ridge is the perfect spot to unwind

and relax. This cozy space features a queen-sized sofa sleeper, perfect for

additional sleeping arrangements, as well as two plush recliners for kicking

back and getting comfortable. The focal point of the room is the cozy

fireplace, where you can snuggle up on chilly evenings and enjoy a warm fire.

The room is also equipped with a large flat-screen TV, providing endless

entertainment options. With the large open windows, you can take in the

breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains while enjoying your favorite

show or movie.



Kitchen/ Dining Room:



The kitchen and dining area is designed to make your culinary experience a

breeze. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials,

including an electric range, full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. The

microwave is convenient for warming up delicious leftovers. The spacious

kitchen features modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and ample storage

for all your cooking needs. The adjacent dining room is perfect for family

meals or special occasions, with a comfortable 6-person table. With its warm

and inviting atmosphere, this cozy dining area is the perfect place to share

stories and make memories with loved ones. Dish towels, dish starter soap, and

dishwasher starter pods are provided.



Game Room:



The game room is a recreational haven located conveniently on the main level,

just behind the living room. This spacious retreat is perfect for families and

friends to gather and have some fun. The room features a regulation-sized pool

table, where you can challenge your loved ones to a game of pool or snooker.

With its comfortable seating and ample space to move around, the game room is

also an ideal spot for playing board games, cards, or simply relaxing with a

good book.

outdoor spaces. The porch is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, with

comfortable rocking chairs arranged to take in the stunning vistas. Fire up

the gas grill and cook up a storm, then enjoy your meal at the picnic table on

the back deck while taking in the fresh mountain air. When you're not lounging

on the porch or grilling up a meal, the outdoor spaces offer a tranquil

retreat from which to enjoy the serenity of nature.



Special Note: You can rent this property and never worry about losing power.

The owner has installed a backup generator to power the entire property,

including the heating and air conditioner. Secondly, this is a split-level

property, and the property owner can sometimes occupy the downstairs. With

this being said, we assure your privacy while you are here as you will not be

bothered.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is easy to access by vehicle up a curvy mountain road. There is

level parking for up to three vehicles. You will find a Dollar General,

Kroger, or Food City nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 20 minutes

to Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great location,

you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger

outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner

time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-

cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:



Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check

in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve,

and New Years Day.



Check-In:



There is NO check-in office, so you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code we will

resend it a week before your stay.

Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

protection fee).

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no

worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to

the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional,

will be charged to the credit card on file).

24hr On-Call Maintenance: if you need assistance while at the property, give

us a call and our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
