# Rustic Hideaway House Rules

Welcome to Rustic Hideaway! We want every guest to have an amazing stay while helping us keep the cabin in excellent condition for future visitors.

## Occupancy

* Maximum occupancy is **11 guests**.
* Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

## No Pets

* **Absolutely NO pets are allowed.**
* Due to severe owner allergies, any evidence of pets will result in additional cleaning fees and may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

## No Smoking or Vaping

* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the cabin.
* If smoking occurs inside, a minimum **$300 additional cleaning fee** will be charged.

## Quiet Hours

* Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 8:00 AM**.
* Please be respectful of neighboring properties and avoid excessive noise.

## Hot Tub

* Use the hot tub at your own risk.
* Children must be supervised at all times.
* Do not use glass containers in or around the hot tub.
* Please replace the cover after each use.
* Do not add soaps, bubble bath, oils, or other products.

## Fire Pit

* Never leave a fire unattended.
* Fully extinguish the fire before going inside or leaving the property.
* Follow any local burn bans or fire restrictions.

## Blackstone Griddle

* Clean the cooking surface after use.
* Turn off the propane when finished.
* Report any issues immediately.

## Basketball Goal

* Use at your own risk.
* Please be courteous of neighbors and avoid playing during quiet hours.

## Fireplace

* Available seasonally from **October 1 through February 28**.
* Do not burn paper, trash, or anything other than approved firewood if applicable.

## Game Room

* Please treat all games and equipment with care.
* Report any damage immediately.

## Parking

* Maximum of **4 vehicles**.
* No RVs, campers, trailers, or tents without prior approval.

## Trash

* Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor receptacles before departure.

## Wildlife

* Bears and other wildlife are common in the Smoky Mountains.
* Never feed wildlife.
* Keep all food and trash secured.
* Lock vehicle doors and do not leave food inside your vehicle.

## Safety

* Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the cabin.
* Report maintenance or safety concerns as soon as possible.

## Check-In & Check-Out

* Check-In: **4:00 PM**
* Check-Out: **10:00 AM**
* Late check-outs must be approved in advance.

## Damage

* Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
* Please report accidental damage immediately so we can address it promptly.

## Respect the Cabin

Rustic Hideaway is privately owned and lovingly maintained. Please treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home so future guests can enjoy it as much as you do.
