✔ Spread out across nearly 3,000 square feet indoors, plus 1,400 square feet of porches and decks. The cabin has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 4 baths for up to 8 guests.
✔ Relax on the upper level in a peaceful king suite with an attached bath. The nearby loft has a desk, office chair, jet-ink printer, and comfortable recliner.
✔ Gather on the main level in an open living area with a power-reclining sectional, gas fireplace, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
✔ The main level also includes a wheelchair-accessible king bedroom with a private shower-bath, a queen bedroom, and a hallway tub/shower bath with direct access to the screened porch and hot tub.
✔ Head downstairs for a pool table and assorted games. A separate recreation and fourth-bedroom area provides two queen sleeper sofas and bunk beds, along with a gas fireplace and shower-bath.
✔ Enjoy mountain views from a large deck with five rocking chairs, or settle around the fire pit in one of eight Adirondack chairs. Firewood is provided.
✔ Unwind on the screened porch, where you’ll find a dining table, a children’s log picnic table, 8 additional chairs, and a 5-person hot tub made for relaxing beneath the night sky.
✔ Families are thoughtfully accommodated with a high chair, pack ’n play, baby gates, toddler seat, vanity step, children’s playroom, books, toys, games, and a mini crib measuring 38 inches long x 24 inches wide.
✔ Stay entertained with WiFi, numerous TVs, sound system, arcade games, life-size games, and a dedicated workspace, or step outside to the private backyard, fire pit and outdoor dining area.

Guest Access
✔ You’ll have the entire property, including the cabin and detached 250-square-foot “Bunkie,” a climate-controlled bonus space with two day beds, a PlayStation 4, video games, a slot machine, and vintage electronic games.
✔ Wheelchair ramps, wide-open spaces, and an accessible bathroom support wheelchair-friendly access to the main and lower levels.
✔ Use the private entrance and check yourself in with a keypad and door code.
✔ Park up to three (3) vehicles on the property and use the Level 2 EV charger, rated at 220 volts and 12-35 miles per hour.
✔ Outdoor cooking is easy with a Weber gas grill with gas provided and a charcoal grill with charcoal provided.

Guest stay essentials and important guidelines are provided to support a comfortable visit while protecting the property’s quality, safety, and welcoming atmosphere. Please arrive prepared and follow the property rules throughout your stay.
Your starter supply includes a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, several garbage bags, a roll of paper towels, dish-washing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover cloths, bath and hand towels, wash cloths, linens, pillows, and six hot tub towels.
A “S’mores Station,” “Coffee Bar,” and “Snacks Station” welcome all guests.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and the “Bunkie,” pets are not allowed, and the minimum booking age is 25. The primary renter must be present for the stay.
Winter weather may make roads challenging. Bring an all-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicle for snowy or icy roads. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for cancellations or delays caused by acts of nature.
Up to $1,500 in protection for eligible accidental damage is provided at no additional cost. You’re responsible for eligible damages exceeding the $1,500 limit. The climate-controlled Bunkie has no plumbing; the cabin’s nearby lower-level bathroom is easily accessible.
Exterior-only security cameras face outward and do not view interior spaces, porches, the deck, or outdoor guest enjoyment areas. The cameras are not monitored during guest stays.
