This spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful restored typical Sevillian house located in the famous Arenal neighborhood.

It consists of a beautiful living room with high ceiling, with dining room, and with a modern kitchen, opened to the living room and fully equipped with everything our guests may need. The bedrooms have both bathrooms en suite with shower, one of them has a double bed of 1.60 * 1.90 cm, and the other two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 cm each.

Padre Marchena street is one of the quietest in the center and the Arenal area. There are are many exclusive houses with the typical arquitecture of Seville, and also the area is completely safe. Close to the apartment there are numerous bars, and it’s easy to find some of the most famous restaurants in the city, as well as small shops and two supermarkets. In addition, the most importany monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, or the Giralda, are just a few minutes walking from the apartment.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
