With three inviting bedrooms, and charming ensuite with a view. The split-level living rooms provide good separation and, whether you want to enjoy family time or quiet relaxation.

Our nearly wrap-around veranda offers extra nooks for reading, birdwatching, or simply savouring the natural soundscape. Expect visits from diverse bird species and kangaroos, and your four-legged friends will love the outdoor space to roam in.

A wonderful year-round retreat with a warm, crackling wood fire and a big, romantic bath for luxurious soaks - blissful for couples, it’s also child-friendly with room for a comfy supervisor’s chair!

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking enthusiasts. For bookworms, there’s a charming window seat and a little library to choose from. There are CDs and DVDs, and a selection of games that promises evenings of fun.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

All linen is supplied except beach towels.

Fully fenced property for dogs, secure for medium - large size dogs only.

Wooshwood does not have TV reception but there is a small TV & DVD player available. Dependent on your mobile service may not always have mobile access.

Due to having a dam (water hole) plus stairs - split level (4 sets of 3 stairs mostly), this property is deemed unsuitable for adults who have mobility issues plus very young children.

Satellite WiFi is available.

Well behaved dogs are welcome & booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy.

PET POLICY:
Pet Fee of $80 per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies).
• Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property.
• No dogs on beds or furniture at any time.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted.
• Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time.
• Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls.
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. Extra fees apply if waste left.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, inside or outside the property

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following:

Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).
