"Breakfast is very minimal and basic with little option. Staff is very inflexible with check in times and even during the exact check in time the rooms weren’t ready. Room is pretty small with basic amenities. I think due to the humidity the room felt stale and stuffy. Good for a 1 night stay as train station is not too far away. Night market is walking distance. "

"The room is very dated and poorly maintained. There is mold stains in the grouts and staining in the fabric of furnitures and walls. We paid extra 1200NTD per night to upgrade the room but the supposedly renovated room still does not meet modern standards. I am very surprised this hotel has a 5 star rating. the staffs are nice though. "
