"The dark haired gentleman that served us was wonderful at his job. He was kind and laughed as we arrived from a late train to quickly change outfits in the toilets and run off to not miss our show with promise to return and check in properly. He took it in stride and when we returned hours later he had sorted our bags and welcomed us with joy. We had a wonderful dinner, drinks and dessert before tucking in our cozy, clean and safe home for the night with his assurance that should anything go bump in the night, we will be taken care of. It was a delightful memory from our last night in England before we travel back to Canada where customer service is no longer anything like what this man provided. We are deeply touched and grateful for the welcoming. "
