Comfortable Stay in Shanghai

Very comfortable stay at the Shangri-la Jing’An. Comfortable furnishings, lots of space and amazing views. The 24hr gym on the 4th Floor is a great space to go when recovering from jet lag. Location is perfect and restaurants Calypso and 1515 were delicious

Thanks for another great stay. We stayed in #5831, which is a wonderful room. However, the toilet seems to have some problems. Also, the TV is blocking a magnificent view of Shanghai. I'm not sure where it could be moved to, but its current position is not great with regards to viewing the scenery.

Lovely place, I got fully charged in just two days at this place after long and tired work trip. Convenient transport, and comfortable room, with lots of delicious food in that area. Definitely will come back for my next Shanghai trip.

A Perfect Stay at Shangri-La Shanghai — Truly Exceptional Service From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at the Shangri-La Shanghai was simply perfect. The room was beautifully maintained and even upgraded upon check-in, offering a stunning view and the highest level of comfort. Housekeeping was incredibly attentive — they refreshed our room twice a day and always made sure everything was spotless. What touched us the most was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday, preparing a lovely surprise that made the day unforgettable. Every interaction with the team was warm, professional, and genuine.
