I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay. First, the attitude of the front desk staff was quite cold and unwelcoming. Additionally, during breakfast, while many guests were still dining, the cleaning staff began cleaning abruptly at 10:40 AM, which felt disruptive and rushed.

Slept like a baby, fed like a king!

Highly recommend this hotel. Location is great, the rooms are spacious and really enjoyed the corner room with both sides of the walls as floor to ceiling windows. For some reason I’m not sure of, I slept so well here. The beds and the whole bed settings are very comfortable. Really worth paying more for lounge access. The breakfast spread is the best I’ve seen anywhere in both quality and diversity of offering.

I love staying at Shangri La Jing An - the location is very convenient and well connected to go anywhere in Shanghai. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service staff is helpful and energetic and I love their gym and spa.
