Amazing breakfast and spa!

The hotel offers an amazing variety of food for breakfast buffet and all very good and fresh. The spa and swimming pool are great! We had a very pleasant 2 days stay. Highly recommended!

The Rooms were very clean and all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing!! 👎The hotel bar was expensive for a beer or a bite to eat.

Infested by bed bugs. Avoid

Hotel is infected by bed bugs. Sent photographic evidence but the hotel just ignore. Had to throw away my suitcase and many clothes to make sure I don’t bring any home! Avoid!!!

It was very good, very nice people… the only claim is that even if the hotel is not-smoking some people still smoke in their rooms and let the smoke smell around, in some parts of the hotel. All the rest was fantastic.

Very good hotel

Excellent hotel. The concierge is on the top. Only thing, there are construction work in the tower behind my room. Everyday including sunday, I was woke up by 6am by the noise and it was really hard somehow.

Strong smoke smell even the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. I asked the front desk to do some treating, before I left for a lunch engagement, they didn’t when I came back at 3:30pm. Safe didn’t work because there was no display for keying in code. Either out of battery or unplugged.

No more this hotel for me

I stayed more than 30 different hotels since June 2023 in China for my biz trip, this particular hotel is the worst one. For instance, I asked for RMB changes to pay for my taxi to Pudong airport but a male staff at front desk waved me off without saying anything but I had to go to the Bar in the center of the hotel to do it.
