"If you're want to see shanghai then book this hotel. The reception is on floor 54 and I stayed ln floor 67, subhanallah the views were amazing. I won't say much as you can see it for your self. Oh the bailmain amenities 10/10"

"I stayed at 2 rooms: 1 basic room on the 9th floor and 1 terrace room on the 14th floor. The rooms are clean and well air-conditioned. The bathroom is also very high tech: the toilet lid opens/closes/flushes automatically, and has a bidet function. I deducted a star because of 3 reasons. It will take some time for the staff to provide a room card, even if you have a room reservation. Likely 10+ minutes. The rooms smelled ok, but the lobby and hallway had a sulfur smell. I also had very little wifi connection while staying in the more expensive terrace room on the 14th(?) floor. I don't remember the exact floor number, but it was the second highest floor. I had to use my own cellular data to browse online. Aside from these, I had a clean and comfortable stay. For those eating at the breakfast buffet, I reccomend trying their tasty xiaolongbao!"

"AMAZING HOTEL!!! Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The room was spacious/comfy, the staff and concierge were so nice, the food was delicious, and the hotel was so conveniently close to a lot of places. 10/10 would highly recommend staying here!"

"This property is one of Shanghai’s highest rated so I booked it for 6 nights and my first visit to the area. It has a very modern, hip vibe - reminding me of a few W Hotels in the US, with dark lighting (especially in the elevators) and mood music. The room was nice, bed + pillows + towels superb, and staff very helpful. I do think it’s overpriced but enjoyed my stay."
