I only stayed for two nights before moving to another hotel but which I had stayed here longer. The facilities and room were clean, staff were incredibly friendly, the amenities were great, and the food was delicious! Because Sierra is part of the Savoy complex at Soho Park, you can get discounts are restaurants at the park as well which is extremely convenient. I would definitely come back here if I come back to Egypt.

Otelin gym alanında airpods kutum çalındı. Kamera kayıtlarına bakılmasını istedim. Çözünürlük kötü, gym içinde kamera yok gibi bir sürü bahane sundular. Halbuki gym kapısını gören bir kamera vardı. Hırsızlık kaydı oluşturulmadı ve görüştüğüm kimse benimle ilgilenmedi. Berbat bir iletişim ve sorun çözme becerisi sıfır. Otelin beache giden otobüsü 20 dakikada bir geliyor. Bazen dolduğu için binemedik ve tekrar 20 dakika bekledik. Sıcakta epey can sıkıcı oluyor. Bahçe için ilaçlama yapılması lazım gece her yerimizi sinek yedi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, yemekler harikaydı, temizlik iyiydi.

One of the best snorkeling places .the reef is long because Sierra and Savoy share the same beach. We had a very nice first diving experience thanks to Mr. Wael and captain Osama. The beach staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Our check in was very smooth and since we arrived at midnight they offered to send us to the room a small dinner like cheese and bread and some sweets. they even gave us free bowling tickets and free ice skating tickets and free sauna and jacuzzi as welcoming gift. Soho square is just at the door step and the guests at Sierra can enjoy the shows every night for free and there is a sierra bar for free there too. The shows start at 8:30 till almost 3am. the rooms are very clean and the staff at the hotel are always smiling and welcoming. the food was good to very good.

Excellent stay at Sierra Sharm El Sheikh.

First impressions, friendly polite staff. Gardens are kept immaculate, very pretty walking around the hotel. Rooms are lovely and big, we had a nice big balcony. Lots of choice of food. Lots of choice of drinks. Big shout out to all the Restaurant staff. They are a credit to your hotel. Highly recommend staying here, we have lovely memories to take home.

Point+ *Chambre spacieuse, propre et moderne *Complexe à 4min à pied de soho square un endroit touristique avec plein de café et d'activités * L'hôtel propose beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants ainsi qu'un coin repas enfants aux restaurants * Le bus pour la plage est disponible tous les 20min et la plage est a 3min par bus * L'hôtel propose également des sorties gratuites Pour d'autres sites touristiques Point - *Nourriture certe varié mais pas très bonne * Les gens sont très stricte sur les règles partout dans l'hôtel, si le déjeuner finit a 15h et vous demander un rajout a 15h01 c'est non!!

Bu otele 2.gelişim.Herşeyiyle harika bir otel.Otele vardığımızda checkin için henüz 4 saat vardı ancak odamızı erkenden ayarlayıp bileklerimizi taktılar.Çok uzun yoldan geldiğimizi ve aç olduğumuzu belirttiğimizden bekletmek istemediklerini söylediler. Animasyonlar eğlenceli,plaj voleybolu,dart gibi etkinlikler var.Otelde dalış yapmak veya sadece şnorkelle dalmak bile yeterli.Geçen yıl yaptığım dalışa ihtiyaç duymadım. Mutfak ana şef ve plaj bardaki Mourad’a ayrıca teşekkür ederim.Peynir ve zeytin çeşidi az,yumurta çok pişti dedim ve ertesi gün aksiyon alındı.İçkiler için ise bira sıcaktı dedim ve ertesi gün dolaptan soğuk şişede bira içtim.Dört dörtlük umarım gelecek sene yine giderim.Otel çok temizdi ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Ek olarak spa bowling gibi ücretsiz hizmetler var.Masaj da çok iyidi ama pazarlık yapın :)

Okay stay at Sierra

Stayed here for a week - great weeks stay in a hotel. Air conditioning and door broke during our stay but this was fixed right away. Food is okay, repetitive and entertainment not bad. Near soho square and the beach so always something to do. There are many pools on site which is nice.

Perfect experience

This hotel was our latest destination for our planned trip and out of 3 this was by far the best hotel. All services and amenities were 5 star. For us only improvement point was lack of frequency in shuttles to key areas such as old market. There was only 1 shuttle goes at 9. 00 pm and returns at 12.00 am. There could be some options like hourly shuttle service after 7 to 12.

Look at other options first!

Tired and average. The bedroom was a good size but its decor was tired, and the A/C sounded at times like a plane taking off. Also, the balcony door would not look! The restaurant has the feel of a canteen and the food was limited in choice and average in taste. Cats sleeping on sofas in the reception/lounge area. No late check out available! Compared to others it is lacking a lot. This was my second stay here and will be my last.
