"The room was clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom was clean as well and had nice water pressure. The view of the lake from the room was amazing! The owner sent me a text message with the room # and code for the lock around 3 pm which was nice. I also left my charger in the room and the owner is nice enough to mail it back to me."

"We made full use of all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two fridges accommodated the large crew well. The kitchen had everything needed in terms of utensils, pots, containers. TVs in each room was also nice touch. Hot tub was perfect for cold nights. Ample towels provided for each sleeping area. Really appreciated the stay and we hated to leave. Checkin code did not work but immediate answer from the property manager had us up and running right away. Very limited starters for everything, so bring your own dishwasher soap, washer soap, hand soap, shampoo, paper products. Bring your own wood as well for fire. And bring your own ice. "

"Overall we were very pleased with our stay! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, bathroom was super spacious, plenty of room for our group of 5, the outdoor space was fantastic also, we had a fire pit and porch in back to relax outside! Joleen, our host, was also very responsive, helpful and kind! The door locks were very sturdy and we felt very safe here. We absolutely LOVED our stay! A few things to note: microwave is hiding in a cabinet, the AC works great on the first floor but the bedrooms don’t cool down as good, seems that there are limited vents upstairs, kept finding stink bugs in the bed room which happens everywhere but just FYI, bathroom door on main floor didn’t latch shut. We will definitely be back as we were all extremely happy with this place! My cousin couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was! Thank you for a beautiful stay! "

"This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. Our dog loved running free in the yard and taking walks on the lane behind the house. Great place to unwind and relax. "
