"The inside of the hotel was nice and clean. The property was taken over from another hotel chain. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. As of right now the outside of the property needs attention. You can still see the outline of the previous owners name on the outside of the building. The parking lot could use a refresh as well. The included breakfast was good as well. I would stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Horseheads during our family trip to the Finger Lakes region. The location was perfect for visiting Watkins Glen, Taughannock Falls, Buttermilk Falls, and other nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, especially when travelling with a child. The indoor pool was also a big hit with our family and was a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring. There were plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and stores nearby, which made everything very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was pretty clean and recently remodeled. There was a bit of a smell, almost like cat pee? I’m not sure if it was coming from another room or outside or what but it did get better after the first night. Check in was easy. Overall pretty decent for the price."
