"I held off posting this review as I sent the hotel a email first but it’s been nearly a week without a response for them to address my stay directly Very disappointed in my stay. Was given keys to an occupied room and shocked both myself and whoever was in the bed on entry. Given no explanation of what happened and no goodwill gesture for this distressing experience Furthermore the room was way too hot, despite leaving windows open all day, the pillows were dreadful all lumpy and breakfast selection limited, poor quality and cold This is the first time I’ve felt the need to post a review of any hotel but a four star hotel that cost me a lot of money I would have expected much better service. The main thing driven me to post this is the occupied room on arrival and the lack of any compensation provided for this experience. "

"Nice clean room. Comfy bed but a lot of road noise in the early hours from delivery vans etc. Shower head wouldn’t stay in its slot either as it was broke. Breakfast was good but lacks space to put your plate whilst trying to take lids off food dishes to serve your various selections. Otherwise a nice comfortable place to stay."

"We stayed one night and the room was a good price with a decent bathroom but the bed was uncomfortable for two people - we kept rolling together in the middle. We didn't have breakfast or use the bar so I can't comment on other aspects of the hotel. "
