Very nice location. Lovely room and plenty of breakfast options. Comfortable and quiet despite being in city centre. Nice smelling handwash and lotion. Housekeeping sorted out and divided beds as soon as we asked.

Spacious and clean room. Check in was ok but bar and restaurant staff left a lot to be desired. No pay facility at bar. The roof top bar seemed to be just a balcony. Which was ok but not a rooftop bar as expected. Bar staff slow and left us standing there for some time although bar wasn’t busy. They got out order wrong and were so slow we couldn’t have the drinks we wanted. Breakfast was ok but there was nowhere for our group to sit and staff were unhelpful and told us to ‘sit outside or squeeze on that table’. The member of staff did tell us eventually that we could sit in another area ‘if thats enough room for you ‘. When asked to fill milk jug which was empty, member of staff said that wasn’t their job. Not really the responses to make you feel relaxed and catered for at this price bracket or star rating. Nice hotel, staff not great behaviour.

A lovely premium room with a giant bed and views of the peace gardens. Clean, cosy and well equipped. Only two slight downsides - pillows were small and lumpy so not a comfortable sleep, and the windows didnt open; there is aircon but I like a bit of fresh air.

The room was spotless and just enough room for family of 3. The bathroom was our favorite. The clean tub and the rain shower were really a great addition. The salt for the bath was also such a great touch. The security of the hotel being in the city center was well thought of. The location is smack in the city center and was so convenient to go around the city. I would check-in here again. ♥️

Room was fine just on the cold side, no carpet felt like a trendy loft room with no warmth. Paid for superior room but you just get extra floor space nothing more than that. Felt like a family room just took the extra bed out. Nothing special. Cleaner also opened our door and came in our room first thing in the morning, despite us placing the do not disturb on the door and door was locked from the inside? No apology nothing. We told the person on reception about the cleaner when we checked out but he could not have been less interested if he tried! Wasnt horrendous but wouldnt go again to be honest.
